Screen Damage

Neither it is hit by else nor physical damage and rather astonished to find a crack on the display. When I took to customer care, it is just inform me as I had no protection plan. To my misery, now am forced to pay money more than I buy. I don't think it is rather advisable for any reason. It is my worst experience ever I had.

I returned the unit to the store...40 miles one way. when the geek squad tried and it worked fine at the store. so I took unit back home and the same thing happened after about a hour with the techs still would not work. I packed it up and returned it to the store, swapped out for a different brand.

Open box item was NOT cleaned. Had a VIRUS ON IT.

The laptop I bought and TRUSTED TO BE SAFE WAS NOT. IT HAD A VIRUS ON IT. IT STILL DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY AND I HAVE TO BRING IT IN TO BE CHECKED.

Do not buy

Had taken to Geek squad twice and there was no fixing it. Lenovo couldn't either. But Best buy helped me find another computer and really worked with us on price because of all the issues. Love Best Buy....not this computer.

Less than a month the laptop just died, the keyboard would not work the screen was no good. After doing further research I found this was a common problem with thislaptop!!! I returned it under warranty and upgraded to a HP.

I have never had a laptop to crash and burn after only one and a half years, and this one was over $600.
