    Screen randomly blacks out

    I really wanted to like this computer. It was fast, responsive, and smooth. But the screen would just randomly black out on battery power, and the only way to get it back on was to do a hard shutdown and reboot, which is really no good for the computer. Long story short, after two-plus weeks and a dozen calls to Lenovo tech support (and just as many "fixes"), I had run out of patience. I returned this computer and exchanged it for an Acer with a similar configuration. No problems with the Acer whatsoever.

    Bad Laptop

    I got this laptop at my local Best Buy replacing my old desktop and the first 2 weeks I had it worked just fine, but about 2 weeks later after leaving it on my desk when i go to sleep and I wake up the next morning to find out it does not turn on, I pressed the power button, nothing happened, I plugged it in, nothing happened, in just going to assume that the laptop battery got killed. I had a very bad experience with this laptop and I'm not buying Lenovo products again.

    So disappointed!

    I was so excited about purchasing this computer since I had an older Lenovo that I love. It was still usable just showing its age. Wished I had not wasted my money. The motherboard has already been replaced within a month of purchasing and now being sent back again with similar issue. It's sad when the old computer is more reliable than the new! Completely dissatisfied and will never purchase this brand again!!

    Cases open broke

    I have a bad experience, every year I bought new models so I decided to buy this model but with only 6 months the cases opened. Then I started the big problem because I sent to Lenovo Company in Kentucky (repairs section) and as of today I did not have an answer??

    First Week & Lots of Problems

    Wanted to like it. Lot's of issues even after updated drivers. Doesn't always wake up from sleep, blank screen problem, and it freezes up. Spent most of my time trying to resolve problems and have finally given up. It's being returned. Would like a laptop that works right out of the box . Is that asking to much?

    Trust reviews and find a different model

    Brought it home. Had trouble with start up eventually got turned on. Now wireless will not work at all. Same problems in other reviews. I'm not going to gamble any longer. It's going back tomorrow and exchange for different model.

    Issues rebooting after shutdown

    Junk. Everytime I try to reboot after shutdown I get message saying there's was a problem encountered last time aND need to be fixed. Takes total of 10+min to restart.

      Once your system is running, you may want to follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for updates for your system. Be sure to create a restore point before you make any changes to your system of download any new software. There is also OneKey Recovery on this system. Hold down the Fn Key and hit F2. You will go to OneKey Recovery. Follow the steps and you can return your system to factory original settings. You will need to reload all your programs added after your initial setup. Here is the link to driver updates:
