First thing I did with this laptop was upgrade to a solid state drive, which improved boot time and overall speed. Had some issues with the WiFi dropping out in the first couple days but I updated the driver and haven't had issues since. I took off a star for this, and also because I've heard of others who have had issues with the display randomly blanking out, so it may be hit-or-miss on that front. It's only a small hassle to just return for a different unit if that happens.

Good computer for my needs. I am hoping I don't run into any of the negative problems I have read about online. I do like the flexibility of the 2-in-1 as this can be used as a computer and a tablet.

The laptop is a little bigger than what I wanted but its actually not heavy and its really flexible.

Overall I am frustrated with Microsoft assuming I want all the latest bells and whistles. I want speed to the internet, , simple word processing and spreadsheet. I do not trust that anything a "personal assistant" "learns" stays private.

I am very pleased with this laptop. Just beware that if you use the screen as a tablet and you are holding it, the device has a bit of weight to it. I do not find that a problem, just be advised. I am about to purchase another laptop for my wife and she is getting this model.

The computer had a glitch out of the box with the computer screen blinking whenever the computer went to sleep and was awakened. The Lenovo help desk was easy to contact and they downloaded a new driver that was more compatible with Windows10 which fixed the issue. Other than that the computer has worked as expected for the past 6 weeks.

I really didn't want to buy a new laptop, but my old one kept crashing and giving me the "blue screen of death", and I rely on having a laptop for work. Especially for basic video editing. This laptop works perfectly for what I need. I haven't really found a need to use the "tablet" aspect of this yet, but I appreciate the touchscreen. I was able to add my video editing software and uploading my clips was a breeze.

The 2 in 1 is very nice, sturdy, lightweight, just what I was hoping for. My only issue with it is that it came with Windows 10. There are bugs like the mouse cursor disappearing, and I found this to be the case with many people when I searched the web. Windows 10 is taking quite some time to get used to.

This is a great computer. The speed is pretty good and display is awesome.

LOVE THE KEYBOARD, EASY TO NAVIGATE AS AM GEETING USED TO ITS FEATURES

Big upgrade from my 2009 laptop. Intel, Lenovo, and Microsoft 10 make this laptop very useful and easy. The only real issues are the sleep mode and no disc reader built into the laptop. I'm kinda of used to watching movies on my laptop by DVD but because this laptop does not have one it has been very different. Everything else though is amazing and very nice.

The product has a terrific keyboard and large screen for navigating.

I purchased this laptop for my former spouse. She needed a new laptop and didn't know which one to get. Since I love researching things, I decided to help her narrow the field. She needed general office functions, especially Word and Excel and access to the Internet for research, paying bills, etc. She is a power user so she would be disappointed with anything less than an Intel i5 with a decent amount of memory. This Lenovo laptop fit the bill pretty well. We chose this over HP because of user reviews.

First Lenovo I ever bought. Prior always used HP. First unit I got had so many operational problems that Geek Squad recommended I return it for another machine. I did, and 2nd machine seems to work well. Do not like Win 10, but not many alternatives...won't ever own any Apple product. Good machine,good Geek service. Well satisfied now.

I like the touch screen so I don't have to use a mouse.

This tablet/computer is a decent computer but the screen keeps going black and saying that the driver has stopped working and has restarted. It's annoying but the computer still works afterwards so it doesn't mess anything up. So overall it is okay, just a bit annoying with the driver thing. I will add that I originally had an asus, same type which I exchanged for this one, that was doing the same thing. So it could just be the programs that I am running are just too much for this particular style.
