I bought this laptop as a 2nd computer for the house. I love the size of the screen & having a touchscreen is nice. I'm still learning Windows 10, but so far, so good... seems easier than Windows 8 on my other computer. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

The first day you get it, it's an adjustment. Was not familiar with Windows 10 so that was tough to get used to. Then you had to readjust your settings, etc. Your first day is pretty much spent figuring things out and getting your laptop configured to your liking. BUT, after that, the laptop is great. It's fast and reliable. I'm very pleased with it. Please note my number 1 use with this laptop is streaming sporting events such as hockey or basketball. So your needs may be different, but for having a strong, fast internet connection and streaming games, it's excellent.

Worked nicely for us for a while. Battery life has been good. No issues with it yet. Speed is nice and the screen size is perfect for movies. The light up keyboard is a great feature too.

Many times a day, Microsoft Edge stops responding. This is common happening many times an hour. I don't believe the computer is defective. I believe the problem is Windows 10. I've stitched to Internet Explorer and I am getting better results. Email, I use Microsoft Mail Live. It will not sync and neither will the mail app that comes with Windows 10. I have come close to returning this computer to Best Buy. Recommendation would be to buy y a Wondows 7 machine or try Apple.

I bought this for my husband - his first personal laptop. He absolutely loves the touch-screen functionality and how large the screen is ... without adding a ton of weight. He uses it everyday and would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Hi all! Buying a new laptop can be scary, after all they are not cheap. I bought a two year warranty and all though it is expensive, it is the best life choice I have ever made. I will NEVER regret it! Anyway, here are some of my opinions of the Lenovo: Round one- The first one I bought worked great, the only issue was that the Xbox app wouldn't open. Geek Squad worked on it (even restored it twice) to try and fix the problem, when they couldn't figure it out they gave me a brand new laptop. Round two- So far this laptop works pretty well. It randomly black out (the 'HD Screen fails') but the Geek Squad said that if it continues they will take it in and possible replace the laptop once again. Again thank God for that two year warranty! Once we get past the few issues I have had, it is an over all nice laptop. It feels sturdy, looks really expensive and sharp, I use the touch screen way more then I thought I would, the folding is a nice feature for when I am scrolling through a site or reading and don't need the keyboard, the back lighting keyboard is a huge plus as well as the 10 key, and the graphics are nice. I am not a big gamer (only Minecraft) but the resolution is nice. I use it for work a lot (a lot of typing) and the keys feel very sturdy under my finger. My only issue is that the screen looks dirty pretty easily, however it is no hassle to wipe off real fast. Over all I love this computer, even though I have had issues. It is a well rounded computer and I am relived to say that I do NOT regret buying this laptop.

I've been looking for a 2-1 laptop for a while now. I usually buy HP. I bought this Lenovo only because it was on sale. After a couple weeks I haven't dreaded my decision yet. The functions are really simple. The speed is impressive. I love the option of turning on or off the back lite keyboard. The touch screen is good. I have only a couple of problems. 1. the power button should be on the inside not on the side every time I pick up the laptop it shuts off, same with the volume. 2. The touch pad tends to be an issue. The buttons shouldn't be touch sensitive also. But overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The only issues we had with the tablet was with the installed programs. When we decided to extend the trial period of the Microsoft 360 we had nothing but problems. They had to go on and remove all of the trial version and completely reload their software.

Not as good as my Dell was

This computer is very slow and not user friendly. I would like a hard copy of a user manual to come with computers. The keyboard frequently sticks and I have to go back and retype letters. It does not play CD'S and we haven't been able to work the attachment which the salesperson told us to get. The sound is good, however, on the couple of things that I've played from the computer. We have to make the print excessively large to be able to read it. All in all, I wish I had had my Dell fixed.

Bought the highly recommended Lenovo because my hp computer burned out. Had problems getting it to open . After 4 1/2 weeks, it just stopped working. Couldn't turn it on or do anything on it. Bought the warranty, so I got a new one, same pc, no charge. So far, it works great. All you need to add for protection is malware because Windows 10 has its own security system built in. I downloaded Kaspersky on the first pc, but it slowed everything down and wouldn't let me get on until it had finished sweeping. It also seemed to cause the computer to crash.

I have had my notebook for three weeks. The wifi adaptor wonked out on me today. I called Lenovo support and was told they have no more in stock. I have to wait until they advise me when and if they will have more. I had read in comments that others had this problem but decided to wing it and hope for the best. Bad idea. Dont do it. There customer service was atrocious. Somebody on the other side of the world saying we are so sorry we cant help you. I love the computer but it is not much good to me with a defective wifie adaptor. beware. Lenovo needs to do better. Lenovo needs to offer human support.
