This is a fantastic computer. So many bells and whistles that make it fun, user-friendly, and convenient. Having a button on the side that turns off the screen is convenient but I hit it a lot by accident so that's annoying. Otherwise it';s perfect. I got this for school instead of a tablet or just a laptop because I wanted features of both, and I got exactly wat I needed!!

I love the size and weight of it. The laptop is very fast and easy to use.

Purchased open box item. Computer froze on me. Went back to Geek Squad who resolved issue. So far so good .

Low volume micophone with skype, i tried new and old sound driver but nothing help. And noticed incompatibilite conflict of sound driver and win10 often, Other things seems working fine, never had time to use it but i will comeback for the review asap

Citrix connection to work zooms. Not overly impressed with the tablet mode though. Love the touch screen and the display is crisp and clear even for someone who is visually impaired. Frankly in hindsight would have skipped the 2 in 1 aspect. But do think this was a good purchase overall.

It has not been very reliable and shuts down on me frequently. It changes programs in mid use and when it crashes, it usually takes more than 24 hours to come back on. Very frustrating.

Great laptop for the price and functions. I totally recommended.

Love the feel of the machine and the speed, etc. problem is that the screen 'flickers' when scrolling down web pages and documents. Problem is worse when using a mouse with wheel. Lenovo's self diagnostic reports motherboard and video card problems. Here is the kicker! I returned the first machine to Best Buy after only about 2 total hours of use and had a heck of a time getting them to simply let me trade in for another of the same machine. Got the new one home only to find the exact same problem! Haven't had the time to contact Lenovo support yet but going to give them a shot at walking me through a fix before I return the second machine and opt for another brand.

easy to use very little learning curve I would recommend to someone looking to purchase a latop

My wife has had this computer for just about 1 month now. She loves it. She says that the maneuverability of the screen as well as the touch screen ability is a nice feature. Cost was fair and could have held out a little longer for a sale price, but needed a laptop quickly.

The laptop does everything my daughter needs for school, and that's a lot because almost all of her school work is done on the computer. When she has down time it's great for movies or videos because of the 2 in 1 feature and the touch screen. Wouldn't bother with an Apple for teenagers since this does the job and it's way less expensive.

Had bad experience before with Dell and HP, first time to try Lenovo, a much better brand.

Already had some warnings about upgrades and viruses. Messages that it didn't pass virus scan, things like that! Sometimes picture goes sideways and loose control of mouse!

Great laptop amazing battery life and fast and reliable

No problems with this computer. The visuals are clear and crisp. Response is fantastic.
