I bought this gaming PC for my wife for work and also so I could do some gaming on the side. Got an awesome deal with it being open box, however looked like it had only briefly been taken out and was good as new. I would highly recommend for anyone trying to get into gaming. It doesn't have a high end graphics card however it still can play a lot of recent games and having a ssd built in has made it a breeze on start up and booting up a game. Would definitely buy again.

Not a bad machine at all, just don't expect over the top performance at this price. It will run most games, but not at the highest FPS. Not at all disappointed as it is a well built machine that can be upgraded.

Very good computer specs wise and price wise. Have no issues and its fast.

It arrived promptly, perfect condition. got it set up in no time. the hybrid drive provides excellent speed. works well on wifi or ethernet

Purchased this desktop to replace a 8 year old Windows Vista machine that finally bit the dust. Purchased as an open box item with minor cosmetic issues. Very happy with this computer. Has the necessary storage for all my photography and music files.

Great computer for playing games good amount of memory space

This is used by the in house marketing staff. Fast efficient and has never given us any problems. They run multiple complex designs on programs AI and In-Design without a glitch so far.

The machine I bought was open box. The first week it worked well and then it started having hardware issues. However had it not been for these issues I would still have the machine. Not sure if it was bad luck with that unit or the machine. Hope this helps.

I find that my new Lenovo was VERY easy to set up and is easy to use. I will need further experience with it to come to a final conclusion, but, as I said, so far, so good!

Bought this on the advice of a BB employee. He stated that it would run any game with out issue. So, I got it. Upon getting it home I could tell right away that this unit was not going to cut it for what we were playing. Returned it after 3 days of use. Will not buy another computer with any AMD products.

Product was good for regular things but wasn't great for gaming.

Sounds like a major component is dead but they will not fix until a factory restart is done. But spent 3 days putting important files on it so have to pay to have someone get all my info off first! Junk

While this PC sat lonely in the back of my local best buy, in the GAMING section, not computer section of the store, I noticed how pretty it was. I play mainly FPS and the GPU it comes with is pretty bad for this. To give you an idea of how poor it handles games, TF2 gets anywhere from 30 to over 100 FPS, not consistent whatsoever. Pretty much too choppy to play since it drops so low so often. CSGO was the same, not consistent. The only game that runs smooth and in max settings is CSS. I'm going back today to purchase an actual good GPU and if that doesn't fix it I'm returning it all since its clearly false advertisement being in the game section and not being able to handle a game from 2007. Other than the FPS issues while gaming, the SSD is very fast and everything is smooth as butter, the wifi card in this rig is also pretty good. She would be 5 stars if any of the games I play didn't have bad frames per second.

Bought this PC because I couldn't afford anything to expensive, and I can say I am extremely pleased at the value. It will run older games at ultra or high, and will run new games like fallout 4 decently (which that isn't a knock, I'm just happy it can even run it!). Now for the upgrade to windows 10 problem. I had the same problem as others with the fan running out of control and the PC not coming out of sleep. However, just a few days ago AMD released new driver software for the graphics card and everything is great! For anyone that is looking for a cheap gaming PC that is able to run most games, try this one out

This computer is fantastic for a beginner gamer. It will run most new games at medium to high settings above 30 fps (not great but playable) however if you want a little bit more out of the machine finding upgrades compatable is a bit of work. I recently bought a new graphics card and power supply, both fit in the case but it got very full very fast. The mother board was my main problem as it has a weird 14 pin mother board power connector. The computer was great to start but as I wanted more power i'm slowly looking at most major components being replaced. If you want to set it on your desk and use it then this is a good buy but if your looking for upgrades you should try elsewhere.

Bought this for gaming and it works great so far even play is newer taxing games on ultra settings.

This desktop is amazing. Just purchased yesterday and it runs every game at a very solid rate. 120+ on minecraft... no hiccups on gta v high settings. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great PC for a good price. Very happy costumer

I bought this computer for the office. Upgraded to windows 10 and that turned into a nightmare. Geek worked on it but eventually turned it in for a new one. Didn't upgrade second to windows 10. After 2 weeks, it started crashing. Eventually crashing every 10 minutes or so. Geeksquad worked on it again and recommended returning it. The computer was fast, no doubt. But, ultimately, we needed reliability.
