I purchased this laptop for mom as a Christmas gift. She's not the most technological-advanced person in the world but the simplicity of this Lenova laptop was easy enough for her to operate without her needing me. Plus she loves how she can flip it into a tablet. Great buy, slim design, Windows 10 O/S is a huge plus.

Very good performance and touchscreen to boot on this very affordable but very capable computer. Great for everyday use and easy to carry or tote along.

Not bad for a secondary or kids computer. It is definitely not fast and gets bogged down when multiple programs are running

I bought this laptop for a gift. I was looking for something not too much expensive but GOOD QUALITY...and this its. The only detail is the memory but you can get an extern memory

Had trouble from day one. It couldn't connect because "Display Driver Has Stopped Responding And Has Recovered. Display Driver Intel HD Graphics Drive For Windows8(R) Stopped Responding And Has Successfully Recovered". This happened repeatedly. Geek Squad on the phone told me to take it back to the store for service. After about ten minutes a very polite technician had me going. At the time of purchase I was told it would be slow if I had multiple programs open at the same time. No problem. On day 31 after purchase I had a message to update Windows 10. It wouldn't update so I called Geek Squad. I was told I didn't have enough memory to update. Nothing had been downloaded by me, just browsing websites. It took the very helpful Geeks Squad Tech seven hours to reinstall Windows 10. He told me the same thing would happen again in July when another update is scheduled. I picked out this computer but no one mentioned it had so little memory. Had I have known I would have picked out another model. Everyone at the store was nice & respectful as well as Geeks Squad toll free number techs. If only She had been more informative. I'm very disappointed.

Had a issue trying to get it setup but luckily geeksquad came thru and took over my laptop and helped me bypass the need of updating the system. We have no wi-fi in my area so i couldnt do anything But overall it is wonderful. My son loves it and it is great for him and school

I bought this computer primarily to take notes in class with. My other laptop is large and as a result very heavy and is not ideal for carrying in my backpack. I like the touchscreen feature on this laptop. However, the memory is abysmal - it has less storage space than my phone.

The size and weight of this laptop are nice but, there is not enough memory to run the computer smoothly. Basic internet surfing is super slow. There is no space to add any additional programs.

First unit was destroyed as it was hacked. The security on the system was horrible. Best Buy ultimately replaced the unit but I had to purchase a different Security to put on, as well as having to purchase Geek Squad plan for them to look at the original unit. Disappointed that they didn't stand behind the product they sold me and examine and replace it at their cost, not mine.

Slow and hard to navigate always so zoomed in can't click or type anything.

One of the best Windows Laptop/Tablet I've used so far. Just wish I could have more internal memory instead of having to use a flash drive, memory card or external hard drive. All in all a good product. Very sterdy and easy to use.

This is s nice starter touch screen computer or tablet if you may.... Very easy to work and easy to figure out.... Price is great too.

Nice size laptop/tablet for reading eBook, checking email or quick lookups. Otherwise need to always carry around flash drives.

I needed an inexpensive laptop for my teenager to use for school and this fit the bill! Perfect for schoolwork and searching the web, wouldn't recommend for gaming.

This was a replacement for my college student son's older laptop that crashed and his first touchscreen. He is very pleased with size and functionality.

I purchased this for 2 specific purposes - to gain exposure to Windows 10 and to practice and advance my Excel skills. It serves these purposes very well with the 1 year MS subscription as part of the package making for a great deal. I do like the tablet and touchscreen features so they are added bonuses. It certainly isn't the fastest computer around but once it's started up it performs the tasks I am looking for very well.
