They appreciate its portability for travel, find the touch screen to be a convenient feature, and consider the price to be reasonable for the value they get. However, customers have concerns about its slow performance, limited battery life, and occasional freezing issues.

The computer works great since I'm only doing minor work on it, I will say that it does have a slow reaction time at random moments but besides that it's a good buy

My 8 year old son wanted his own laptop (and I was tired of him using mine all the time) so I was looking for something that wasn't super expensive but that he could still have his own computer and stop using mine. This one fit those categories. Yes it isn't the fastest computer and it doesn't have a huge storage space, but it works for what he wants it for. The touch screen is really cool also!

not a speed demon but if you take some garbage out of the startup group and streamline it a bit it works quite well for business or everyday applications, which is what I use it for. Can get into my organization's intranet, and MS office etc, Like the size and I love the price!!
Ram is 4K-- would have been nice if it could have been upgradeable to 8- but again -- I am not complaining.

Light weight, Easy to carry, faster booting time. If it has a backlight for the keyboard, it would be more worth. Am happy with it right now after 2 months.

If you are looking for something to edit photos and videos on this is not the laptop for you. What I needed was something basic that ran Windows 10 and this fits the bill well while also being able to function as a tablet. What I appreciate as well is that this has a "real" hard drive. I would also mention that I purchased this on clearance for less than a $200. I would state that the integrated touchpad is a little difficult to work with.

Loved the size, love the features, but the processor is just too slow for this laptop. Should have listened to some of the other reviews. Not fast enough for even basic web usage in my opinion. Maybe I just got a bad apple, but ended up returning it.

it was inexpensive and i wanted to get myself a tablet. i should have waited to buy something vs a package deal because it is just heavier than i thought it would be, and i dont like the layout. probably easy things to fix but i dont even really want to be on the thing anymore. the mousepad is annoying too

Good value for the price I paid on a flash sale that Best Buy was offering. It is though not optimal to use as a primary laptop for work since it is so small at 11".
What gets me is that I ended up paying more for the add on's than the laptop alone; Office, Virus Program, Geek assistance for 2 years.

It's good for the price range and current standards. This is a laptop for someone that is not willing to or able to spend a lot of money, but needs something more practical or spacious than a "cheap" Chromebook. This does have some useful features, such as being able to essentially turn it into a tablet, but don't expect much power. Price doesn't always equal quality, but if you are looking at a solid all around laptop then you are probably going to look to spend at least $500-$600 now unless you get something on sale.

Hi, I am still getting familiar with this new laptop and the Windows 10 platform. It has been a slow process. Moving songs from downloads to the media player is not as easy as on my old computer. I think I just need to keep plugging along.
Finding the Control Panel on here has been difficult. Don't know if it's W-10 or Lenovo.
The battery life is ok. I like the tablet function, but be warned, that the computer needs to be in laptop mode to do important things such as downloading Norton Security Suite.

Durable LENOVO laptop with slow processor. It takes some time to get to use to the slow response. It does not work for multitasking but it will get the job done. Touch screen is responsive. Windows 10 is a symbiosis of the traditional version and the mobile version. It works well.
