have problems downloading
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had problems downloading Office & student. Spent 1 hr on phone with Lenova support. Worked better, than daughter went to college and is having the same problem downloading material for college, frantic phone calls.. may end up returning computer.

Great computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer 3 months ago for my daughter for college. We both used it prior to her leaving for college. I found it to be fast and a pleasure to use. Don't necessarily like Windows 8, but that's not the computers fault. Since, my daughter has downloaded Windows 10 and she says she is getting used to the new OS and likes it. She has had no issues at all. It is working well for school, oh and she says Netflix shows play really well on the computer...
I would recommend this to a friend
