My last two laptops have been Lenovo, I love the portability, speed, and battery life.

A salesman at the store recommended this laptop to me and I'm so glad he did. It runs fast and is easy to use! I love it!!

Great product from Lenovo.. Surprising not to see in the store... I wish they had. Had an issue with mouse but got completely resolved after the windows update. Booting and the speed is pretty fast. Online availability has been on and off.. Wish Lenovo sells this product in abundance and in consistency .. in stores as well.. No complaints ... Definitely recommend.

Ordered online. Came quickly, but I was unable to use right away. By the time I was able to open and use was a few days later. Had trouble with it right away. Touch screen wouldn't work, was very slow, and finger pad worked off and on. Took it in to Best Buy Geek Squad and was told that they could not help me unless I purchased geek squad because I was over 15 days from purchase. It was day 17. I live 1.5 hours from the nearest Best Buy and got in as soon as I could. Would not recommend purchasing from Best Buy unless you read the fine print. Very disappointed for a very expensive purchase.

I haven't had trouble with it, works OK. It was delivered to my home even sooner that the expected time.

I like the touch screen and how it can be converted to tablet. But it is not as fast as I expected but it is fast enough for uncomplicated stuffs that I'm doing.

I don't normally write reviews unless I think it will help other customers. So, I thought that my experience with this laptop has to be shared. Pros: I like the graphics Cons: Very noisy when charging the battery It becomes unresponsive at times. May be the processor speed is slow for the latest 6th generation processor. Generally, for the high price, I was expecting something workable than this.

This computer has been a headache since the minute I opened it. I am not tech savvy so I gave the machine the benefit of the doubt and just dealt with the unbelievably slow start up speed and the occasional screen freeze due to an issue that is well documented. Something to do with media, just google it and you will see. But now, the screen has went black over a dozen times in the last 2 days and the only way to get it back (sometimes) is to restart the entire computer and lose everything I was doing. I am going to contact Best Buy and I hope they do the right thing and work with me...this product is defective. Do not waste your money or time with a FLEX 3
