Decent budget laptop

Got the laptop for my child to use at school. Won't break the bank if it's lost, stolen or broken. Parts are abundant on eBay for easy self repair. Overall, they're very durable.

Nice laptop for the price

You can feel the cheap plastic used and the screen wasn't good at certain angles but for a low budget PC, it does the job just fine. I like that it still has built in NIC which is very rare on laptop these days. Wifi unfortunately doesn't cut it for me as I need lower latency for live audio streaming to radio tower and this does a great job.

Lightweight tablet with a few quirks

However, it took a lengthy call to Lenovo tech support to finally learn that the headset jack on this tablet will NOT work with a regular headset. (You can hear, but the mic does not work so you cannot be heard) The headset jack requires a special adapter, that Best Buy does not sell and then a special headset with a different connector for the adapter. So - regular headsets will not work for Skype etc. Ended up buying a USB headset.
