I've been using this computer regularly for about 2 weeks. I purposely needed a touch screen for online zooming and whiteboard writing for several hours a day as a teacher. I absolutely love the included stylus. Works great, writes smooth, and allows me to see better (used to use finger) and write very small if needed. If you do a lot of screen writing, this is a must have. I also like the Microsoft whiteboard it is linked to a bit more than the zoom whiteboard. Stylus also works great with bitpaper. Love the backlit keyboard. Screen is pretty good, brightness is decent, but taking it down one level takes it down a lot. Sound and speakers are good. Nice and loud enough. Finger print is so handy. Battery is good enough for several strong hours of use...not annoying. Speed: 8/10. Features: 10/10 I gave this a 4 out of 5 because of the what seems to be an occasional pause in processing. And last week while working with a student the screen/keyboard froze and went completely unresponsive. I had to shutdown and reconnect. Had me a bit worried... All in all, this had the features I needed and didn't break the bank. Wish it had more memory, but the same model is available with more memory on other sites. (I wanted BestBuy for trustworthiness and return policy as opposed to Amazon.)

This laptop is amazing. It flips,rotates it does it all work so smooth and the pen wow perfect. Batter life is great but could be a little better.

Purchased October 2021, it is now March 2023 and the hinges spontaneously failed at different times, cracking the screen. Either get the accident protection/ insurance or purchase an HP ENVY Which I bought in 2019 and it looks and works the same as the day I bought it.

I've purchased three of these at different times between 2020-21. Great starter to mid-range laptop for those on the go or need a decent machine to upgrade to.

I got this for my wife for Christmas. It was going to replace a Mac that she hated. Well she got so frustrated with the Mac that I gave her this one earlier. So far she likes it.

Purchased for college. Had issue with static on battery but Lenovo support was great!
