I purchased this for my daughter at the same time I purchase one for myself with 16 gb and an intel i5 processor. I have taken this one over because everything about it is better. I dont know if the other was a dud or if this one is just better but Im waiting for another sale to get another one.

Great value, with a long ChromeOS lifetime that will give me plenty of usage before it becomes a boat anchor. Quality build: I like the light weight, and the touchpad is wide & convenient.

Really no complaints since the time I'd purchased it a month ago. I find myself using Google primarily, so it works seamlessly with all of my devices and accounts. The tablet feature is something I use more than I thought I would, which is kind of cool to have that functional versatility. All in all, 'tis good.

I'm really enjoying my laptop and all the great features. I wish I would have just added the Geek Squad protection at the time of purchase because now I have to take it in to be able to have it added since I've already received it. Which is fine, just inconvenient is all.

Although the Lenovo Flex is a good budget chromebook, fast with an adequate display, I was not happy with the use of plastic for the frame or digital storage. I am replacing an Asus chromebook that would not hold a charge. It also had a plastic deck that eventually cracked on the lower corner of both sides from my wife and I passing the unit back and forth. The Lenovo has the same plastic deck with too much flexing. Also, I'm not a fan of digital storage. The description in all stores is wrong. Go to the Lenovo website for accurate specs.

very quick and capable. Multitasks well, multiple pages open without slowing down. Good choice for student, or someone looking for a good option to a Windows machine

I purchased this Chromebook because 1) it was recommended by The New York Times Wirecutter service, and 2) because Best Buy offered it at an excellent price. Honestly, I've used it only a few times, but so far so good. No complaints!

it does everything they said it would do and a little more. its a little on the heavy side but not bad. it will even write in cursive and interpet several different languages. a pretty smart chromebook. its pretty fast at starting and at doing most any function you need it to do. well pleased so far.

I liked this computer initially. However - after owning it for 6 months the hinges broke, and when I try and open the screen it puts pressure on the screen to the point that it discolors it and unclips the screen at the bottom. I was denied a warranty claim. I used the computer less than a dozen times in this time period.

Bought this for my pre-teen daughter who wanted a Mac but does not take of her things. She liked the touch screen and how it can convert to a tablet at the same time. It does everything and more. She was so happy with it that she later said I didn’t need the MAC after all.

This was an "open box" item for a great price. Was in excellent condition. It replaced an aging Chromebook. It's MUCH faster. And it's eligible for updates for 10 years. Backlit keyboard. Memory, Storage. Slightly larger screen.

Great computer bought from Best Buy but the best thing about it was the quality of service I received. Fast, courteous and very friendly. We need more people like the gentleman who took care of me.

So far, I am happy with it. It seems to me the same build quality as my old Dell. Inspiron. The operating system is very responsive and smooth. Time tell.
