Very reasonable price for this item. Has everything I need. Still new, so learning my way around this set up. Very happy with the speed, etc. so far.

Bought my kids this computer and it is ok. It works for basic needs, school work or basic games. Good value for someone not needing a lot of power.

Great item with plenty of ram and HD space. Bought 2 for gifts.

I use it primarily for school work. It runs great and gets what I need done quickly. It's a great computer to use just for school work on the go.

I bought this computer for my daughter in college. It does everything she needs like multi tasking with many open tabs. Very quick. She loves it.

I will say I am not a fan of Windows 10 but it comes on this computer. The computer has been excellent to say the least. Very fast and with no problems. The touch pad does seem a bit sensitive but I just use a mouse instead and make sure my big hands are away from the pad when typing. Now if it only had Windows 7 it would be the perfect laptop.

Very good deal, as I was shopping within a budget. Only issue was internet connectivity - turns out the drivers and software that came stock on the machine were out of date. Easy fix - I removed the security key from my Wi-Fi connection, was able to connect, download all updates, and on restart everything worked as it should. Hardware appears sturdy for the most part, but the mouse buttons seem slightly flimsy in their setting. Screen is nice and large and everything runs smoothly. Good for streaming and doing work, and general browsing.

I bought this laptop to replace an old Dell that i had. It has been a great laptop for the price.

I had a great experience with John, who has helped me so many times in the Honolulu store. He is a real expert and I depend on his advice. When he offered the Le Novo, I said, whatever you say. Then, and I am sure he could not have known this, the thing just wouldn't come on (after about the third week I owned it.) I took it to a commercial place near my house and the computer guy there said it was dead. I took it out to Best Buy then and they agreed. There was some internal disconnect. I had bought the tech and hardware coverage so they repaired it. It is working now, but I am still fumbling around with the million little changes in this program from the last version I had. And, wow, is it slow. Just to open a page is so slow. I even send an email and it doesn't said sent until about 5 seconds later. I am not savvy enough to know why this is happening. I liked my previous Le Novo very much and the program seemed more user friendly than the 10. Anyway, glad to have a good computer that I am sure will serve me a long time. (One sad thing I noticed is that in my laptop's journey through the recent repair process, somewhere along the line my laptop cover got scratched. Really hurt when I saw it.)

Only had it for a short time, so haven't had to time to determine its pros and cons. But overall seems to be a good value for the money.

Good Quality for pricing Would like another battery if optional. The battery gives me 1-2 hours and then needs to be charged again.

I was extremely torn when I read previous reviews from this laptop. However, I read one review that sold me on it. The person said that their son was a computer tech and recommended this laptop for the specs alone! Very pleased that I bought this laptop now.

So far so good, no major problems with the hardware but Windows 10 is kinda buggy and a bit ridiculous, but no major complaints

i purchased this to give as a gift to my mother. it has all the specs i wanted for her-storage, memory, and a dvd drive. there is a weird battery feature at first, but you can find a video tutorial on youtube to disable this. works great so far!

It's a relatively inexpensive laptop but it function well. The only problems I have had with it is that the touchpad can be quite wonky. Sometimes it will just act very strangely, and no amount of reinstalling the drivers and messing with the settings has fixed it.

The computer is great. I am having some problems getting used to the Windiws 10 that it came with. Overall good purchase.

First of all let me say, I loved this computer. I'm not tech savy by any means. But for my knowledge of computers, this model worked well. With that being said, I purchased an open box. When I had figured out how to work this laptop, I also figured out that the web camera did not work, so, I had to return it and could not replace with same model, that's the reason for my 4 stars vs 5.
