Bought this as a replacement for a laptop that was outdated and has been nothing but good so far.

A good computer for the price, especially on sale. I like the big screen, but I added another 4G of memory to get it to 8G. It will take up to 16G. The memory was easy to install. It is a bit large for portability, but is nice for video and games. Its HDMI connects easily to a big screen also. I bought it for my daughter and she loves it!

Read the reviews, shopped around & found this laptop to be a decent deal. Wasn't sure about the Lenovo brand, but decided to take a chance. Very glad I did. Bought a Dell from another place before this laptop & was extremely disappointed.Had hardware problems within 3 weeks! Returned the Dell to the other retailer& bought the Lenovo. So far,no problems! Not the fastest, but gets the job done.

Laptop is extremely slow; I have already waited over an hour for updates to install just to be able to check my e-mail.

Good for the money ... serves as a company laptop. Lightweight, decent hardware.

Love this laptop. Needed something to take with me on travels, to conventions and keep in touch with my friends and family. Runs fast on startup, and has a great battery life. Overall, I've had no problems with it so far. The delivery for it was very fast. Paid for it at the beginning of the week, and received it by the following Monday. Very, very pleased.

Love the computer, just taking me a bit to get used to windows 10

Bought one off E-Bay for my girlfriend and liked it so I purchased this one for myself. After upgrading both from 4Gb of ram to 16 Gb I feel this made boyh much more acceptable for all that either one of us need.

I was recommended this computer by the sales rep. it fit in my price range and it does satisfy my needs sometimes I wish it had a little more speed and went a little faster. no it is not a network issue my husband makes sure we have the fastest network available. he installs internet for a living. so that is not the issue.

The display is very good, but the processor speed is not the best in this economy model. Its ok for me, as I only needed it for one specific task that doesn't require a lot of processing speed. If you do need performance, then this model isn't for you.

I knew it was not an Intel chip, but is good enough for what I use it for. And to be honest, the problem may be with TWC rather than the AMD chip. And it was a really good price, so can't complain, and am not. Just be aware you're not getting Intel.

Overall the laptop was good. I had a problem with how slow it was. The specs this laptop has, I was expecting it to be alot smoother and fluid but, it was slow and clunky. The start up is also very slow. The price is the best part of this laptop.

Seems to be a little slower than my old Gateway laptop but over all ok

I bought this as an Open Box Buy (Geek Squad Certified) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase , Everything works as it should and set up was a breeze as Windows just walks you thru it anyway, Took a while to get the updates but thats Win 10 not the machine! Big 17.3 Bright Beautiful Screen, Intuitive keyboard design and layout ,nice textured easy to hold shell, 4 g mem and 1 TB hard drive,make this a great laptop!

I was torn between buying this size laptop or a smaller size. While walking thru the store, I saw this one on display. The screen really drew my attention. Easy upgradeability was a feature i wanted and this fit that requirement. It is big, but I keep it in the case I purchased and take it out to work on bills, surf the web, check email. It may not be the fastest laptop available, but it suits my needs. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I'm not a huge fan of this laptop. I've had it for almost 2 years now. My main complaint is the battery life. I have to have it plugged in while using or it will die within an hour (since day one). Even on standby, I will open it up a day later and the battery is almost dead. And if it dies, be ready to wait 30 minutes for it to come back to life. That's my other issue is sometimes it takes a long time to 'wake up' and random intermittent freezing. And I mainly just use it for online bill paying and school work, nothing crazy.

The team at best buy took there time to help us find the right computer.. was able to find an option less expensive than expected. Very happy with my purchase
