I prefer the 17' display on this laptop because I don't intend to take it out of my house often. The one I purchased was a referb and I have no regrets, it was like new except it was just the computer and power supply in a plain cardboard box (but that doesn't bother me). I'm using it for email, browsing the internet, and watching Netflix. So far it's been great!

Good laptop for the cost. A bit heavy and battery drains fast, also slower than I had thought it would be.

This computer is great for surfing the web, playing online games, and using for work related projects. The size of the screen is very nice.

Light enough to carry with you and powerful enough to use as your backup desktop. I like the 17" screen and DVD drive.

Bought this for my 16 year old and he is very pleased with it. It covers all his school, gaming and online needs and requirements.

the laptop great . The Kapersky on the new computer seams great. When I tried to get help to install kapersky on a second computer in the manual it gave me a number to call Geek squad so I called and was told to take back to store . Went to store and was told to call number. Still have not got it installed so very disappointed with geek squad and store costumer service So I would recommend the lap top but not Best Buy

Definitely a great computer!! For an awesome price!! I love it. It pushes all the graphics for game play. I also use the Microsoft office a lot. Windows 10 is a little hard getting used to but I am really liking it. Only thing missing is touchscreen

easy set up with home wi-fi & existing network printer. I wanted a lap top with adequate memory & speedy processing. good for gaming & video streaming. works fine & has most everything I wanted since I wasn't interested in the touch screen function.

I just upgraded from Vista to Windows 10 with this computer. I can't say it's overly user friendly but getting the hang of it slowly. I really like the light weight thin design and good graphics. My only two complaints are the buttons are close together and the sound isn't so great. Aside from that, in enjoying the computer

I bought this laptop as an upgrade wanting to stay at an economy price level. This more than did the trick. The 4gb of memory is low, however i added two sticks of 8gb PNY ram(1.35v) and swapped the HD with a SSD and now this baby flies. The laptop never gets hot, even while multitasking or running newer games(including fallout 4 with no issues). AMD has been my go to over Intel and i have never been let down. One qualm is that the audio drivers provided by Microsoft and/or by conexant are less than stellar. I have had issues getting the microphone recognized by certain games/apps. If however, you install a generic Microsoft high definition audio driver instead of the conexant driver, the issue is resolved. Overall, completely satisfied.

Good computer for the price. I have not had any problems with it.
