    To be fair, this was sold as a Refurbished Machine, but...Given the Specs of this machine and reviews in CNet and PC Mag, this machine was dog slow. I have never encounter more "waiting for ______ program to respond" messages. The Wi-Fi was lagging behind my 2 and 3 year old desktops (and I have FIOS 75 Mb/sec service). It crashed twice and froze up several other times in the first three days. The good news.. Best Buy refunded my purchase price with no hesitation. Good for them.
