    Unfortunately the laptop came in defective. The wifi chip was a goner before I could even finish the initial setup. Brought it to geek squad to confirm and they agreed it is broken. I don't know how this got under the eyes of the refurb team but it is extremely disappointing. The plastic covering on either side of the screen was missing as well. None of these issues would qualify a product to be GS Certified. It wasn't even worth shipping it out, it would've been junked by GS and my money refunded. Went with an Open box Asus instead.
