I never had a Lenovo before, but read some good reviews and the price was right, so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. It's very quiet and I had no problems setting it up. The system is Windows 10. The H50 i3 Core has more than enough places to meet my needs of plugins and boots up quickly. For me the memory is more then enough. The running speed is more than enough also, keep in mind I'm not a gamer. There's lots of Lenovo and other system helps that makes this a nice running system for most homes. The Best Buy sales person answered my questions and made it all a smooth transaction. It all made my buying experiance a pleasure.

Needed a quick replacement for an old workhorse PC that started dying on me. Didn't want to break the bank , I found this one and figured it was worth a shot. First the cons, get the bad out of the way first. Slower than it should be even with only 4GB Ram.Most times after sitting idle for a little while, it becomes very unresponsive when first trying to use any software. Open Firefox and there is a noticeable delay between mouse movement and clicking. It catches up after about 20 seconds and seems to run OK as long as you are actively doing something. It could use more USB ports but I knew what it had when purchasing so that's not anything unexpected. DVD drive feels really flimsy when opening and closing. Now for the positives. AS much as I hate Windows 10, it seems to be running better than expected after installing all my software. Haven't came across anything that is incompatible yet. Quiet system, fan is not overly loud or annoying. Decent size HD for the price. Seems to be pretty stable PC. Overall, for a sub $400 PC it performs as well as can be expected and even better in some areas. Boosting the RAM to 16GB is definitely a good idea.

I really needed a new computer, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found this Lenovo Tower on Best Buys website an "open box" special. It was very easy to set-up and get going right away. The only problem I had was that my monitor was too old and not compatible, but I found a nice HP Monitor at Best Buy and am extremely pleased with my purchases through Best Buy.The tower came with windows 10 which is great! My last tower had XP and it wasn't long before all of the updates were gone. So I am very, very pleased to have Windows 10 and a great new computer system. Thanks, Best Buy!

I looked at a ton of computers and found this one with enough speed and memory to do my daily personal work, school work and if i needed to bring work home from my job. I have also played games on it with no problem but am not a huge gamer. I bought a second one with a larger hard drive and faster speeds for a second room because I loved this one so much. And that one was STILL a great price. I would recommend this computer.

Works great and does what I intended it to do, simple home computer. The only issue is that it turns on in the middle of night even if I have shut it down. I understand this is the settings of updates with Windows 10 but haven't figured out how to change. Otherwise it is a good computer for the price.

I bought this tower because of the many great reviews. The main thing that sold this PC to me was the 3.5 GHz. This is a great starter PC which I later upgraded with a new graphics card and additional ram. I am now able to play games at very high settings smoothly. If your planing on building a PC this is the one it runs up against others starting around $1000.00

Compact unit and fits under my son's desk. Has all the whistles and bells of a higher priced unit for a lot less. Hard drive is just right for school work. Speed of unit is excellent for his research needs. He is very happy with his new computer and so are we.

The computer is easy to set up and is quiet yet powerful for computer use.

I was able to hook it up with no problem. Not sure what the value of the added security disc was but loaded it too. Some troubles downloading some emails that work on my other system. Uses Windows 10 and that is OK. Major issue is that I have ancient files in Works that no longer have support Obviously I am not tech savey, but it works.

My old computer crashed hard and I needed a fast replacement. I purchased this unit knowing that it was the bare minimum of what I needed, confidant that I could add a few upgrades to get the performance that I needed. Well, I had never been exposed to Win.10, and that was my first shock,(a lot different than Win.7, not near as flexible, and did not expect how many adds and "Bing" that they try to shove down your throat. When you try to research something, you have to wade through advertisements to find what you are looking for). I am getting more out of the Operating System, though slowly. I'm not sure why MS would invent the," edge", that nothing gets along with, so you have to download other programs ( Chrome, Mozilla Fire fox, the list is growing ...) just to do the things that up till now were relatively simple. Then, Lenovo itself is fairly rigid about accepting other hardware. I went through 3 vid cards before I got one to actually work. The Card came with 4 gigs and still has trouble with games. It did not help with games like tomb raider,(very slow & hangs up, can't handle it) it really drags with call of duty. I didn't get this machine for games, (that's extra), I do some work at home with letters and spread sheets and this machine does those thing fairly well. I had built my old computer from the mother board up, and got used to high quality functionality, and then to have to settle for so much less with this machine. I have some friends with children that I think I will donate this computer to, (after I build another computer). This computer will do the average minimum. I have learned my lesson.

The computer was easy to install and set up. However, have experienced problems with W10 operating system causing restarts after putting computer to sleep and with maintaining detection of dual monitors.

Bought this as a temporary fill-in while I build a new higher powered desktop. This unit has proven to be solid, fast, quiet, and reliable.

I bought this device to have as our home pc, we already have a couple of laptops, but we needed to have a third device, this is a great little machine, for cruising the web, email etc, if your looking for a high end gaming device, this obviously isn't it, but for everyday use, this is a great machine, and a good price value. it hooked up to our home Wi-Fi within seconds, same with our printer we've only had it about a month, but so far its working really well.

Ease of operation. Enough power to operate several music programs and downlooads. Will recommend to my friends with similiar needs and programs.

In the past years I have owned several (8 to 10) towers but (SO FAR) this is the best one I have ever had. The Best Buy salesman convinced me that this was what I was looking for and, M<AN WAS HE RIGHT!!

This computer was not my original targeted purchase, however as a second runner up and the store being out and store also unsure of when next shipment was to arrive, I purchased this instead. It was slightly more expensive, but well worth it. I do wish there was four USB ports in the front. There are no separate or designated areas for USB plug in keyboard and mouse. So in reality you have a total of 4 total USB that are useable, as two have to be used for the mouse and keyboard. Unless you go wireless (had a rocket fish, it stopped working after a few months). Overall: I would recommend this computer tower, just wish they would have given additional 2 USB since two are mandatory for keyboard and mouse.

Product was very easy to set up and responds quickly. Easily restored files from back up. Came with windows 10 which I prefer.

I finally replaced my 10 year old xp machine. Since xp support ended a couple of years ago, I was running Linux Ubuntu while waiting for the Windows 10 machines to come on sale. This pc is much faster and less noisy than my old pc. As for Win 10, it's very similar to Win 7 and I'm quite satisfied with it. I would have given it 5 stars if it came with more than 4GB of memory. Over time, I guess I will just have to upgrade that myself, as I did with my previous pc.
