Was very excited to upgrade our computer that runs very slow due to it's old. This computer has given me nothing but grief!. I guess I should say the OS has. When I first hooked it up it would not connect to the internet the page would open then disappear. I called Microsoft and they would only help if I paid them. Took into Geek Squad and discovered it needed to be updated. It also would not recognize my Ipod or printer no matter what I tried. Turns out my printer is too old and does not have a driver for Windows 10 so now a new printer is needed if I keep this. Have not really even been able to use it enough to know if it's a good product. Seems like it might be a good system but beware of issues when setting up!

I couldn't beat the deal I got with this computer. Has all the connections I need including both an HDMI and VGA port to simplify using two monitors at one time. Handles Windows 10 well. Great buy.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable about products and were able to describe the advantages pros and cons to help mw with my decision and with good timeliness at check out.

I bought this unit because of the reviews. My experience with it was not good. It took 5 minutes to load Windows 10 and 2 1/2 minutes to open publisher. I returned it. Everything was slow.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FOR MY WIFE AND WITHIN 45 DAYS THERE WAS AN ISSUE . I RETURNED THE PRODUCT TO BEST BUY'S AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE GEEK SQUAD SERVICES, AFTER THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE. I WAS GIVEN A WEB SITE TO GO TO THAT DID NOT EXIST AND THE PHONE CONTACTS THAT WERE GIVEN ALL GAVE ME A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I WAS TOLD BY THE BEST BUY GENERAL MGR THAT MANUFACTURES NO LONGER INCLUDE RECOVERY DISK'S WITH NEW COMPUTERS AND THAT THIS WAS A PRODUCT I NEED TO GET SEPARATELY. I THINK THEY NEED TO INCLUDE THIS WITH THE PACKAGING WITH THE INITIAL PRODUCT INSTEAD OF NICKEL AND DIMEING THE CONSUMER.

I had to repair or replace my pc, and I decided to replace it. I had several options and chose a medium price range. I am very plased with my decision.

The computer has all the features I need to replace one that died. However, Windows 10 has a lot of annoying "features".

I bought it on black Friday and it shipped very fast like in 3 days. However, I did not even open the box which was very well packaged, until after the new year. So I tried it out. It never got to the internet. My old HP computer is outdated so I thought to get a new one. But found that leveno i did not even turn on!!! I took it back to best buy and got a new HP 550. It works great! Stay away from (JUNK) DONT BUY LEVENO!!!!!!

While not a very powerful desktop, this is a great computer for the price. It handles web browsing and basic usage very well.

Good reliable product, good specs for the price. Have Lenovo laptop also and find them gereally very good value for money
