    As a basic tablet, it works just fine. but as a power user if you need more task done or multi tasking. it's a poor choice. Learn it after i purchased it. 1. the split screen is not adjustable to individual resizing. it's a fix size. 2. the UI is not as great as others. seems buggy. 3. touch screen, not sure why, when touch to talk or say social media, it cuts off by itself even when holding down. touch accuracy seems to be slightly off or the sensitivity is not there. 4. Bluetooth keyboard attachment, it's not functioning as a it should be on the computer. cursors jumping. could be a software issue. 5. look and feel. Icons are too large, not able to resize it. Sent all trouble shooting to Lenovo, but no solutions except for work arounds. I've been using Samsung, the UI is so much better. unfortunately I purchase this. I end up loading the MS UI on it. Pros: it's big and speed is fast and responsive. Good price for this size tablet

We strive for great user experience for all our products and are disappointed that we missed the mark, we would like to recommend a few solutions that can correct the issues you described.

      To start, we recommend downloading and installing all available updates to ensure your device is using the most recent revisions to the software. To begin, open the settings app, on the left-hand side of the display scroll down then select the “System” tab, finally choose the “System Update” option. Your device will automatically check to see if there are any updates available, after installation your device will need to restart to finish optimizing your apps. These updates may address the issues you are experiencing with the UI, touchscreen, and Bluetooth keyboard. To resize apps, start by opening any application, then touch the Menu Icon which appears as three horizontal lines, touch and hold on the app you would like to use, choose split screen from the menu that appears; after choosing your second app to run split screen, you can adjust the amount of space dedicated to each app by using the vertical line located in the middle of the display and dragging left or right. Lastly, to resize apps begin by launching the Settings app, tap the “Display” tab, then choose “Display size and text”, you can then use the “Display size” slider to adjust the size of your apps to your preference.
