Good for basic computer usage but will require a RAM upgrade if running certain programs for WFH purposes. Basic call center work will probably not require such an upgrade. Probably not best for gaming, but a good basic use PC.

the computer is working ok. it was easy to install and is used only for mail and games . The canon printer for my computer is a problem every time I won't to print. will not copy. must disconnect power and reset every time I print from computer. canon ts8320

I am really pleased with this desktop unit. My usage is light: I am online 5-6 hours/week doing email, FB, Amazon, local and foreign Newspapers, product research, some Youtube, Banking, storing and viewing photos, No gaming.

this tower is the perfect size to sit on your desk & not be in the way & the memory on this thing is unreal.. & to top it off its super fast. Definitely a must for any office computer

Failed in a few months. When I bot it, I sent msgs to your head of support saying it was a piece of junk. The salesman said it needed 8MB & came with 4. Then you only had a 28MB add on, when I could ONLY use 4 more MB. In an emergency, I rushed to Office Max and bot a new HP Laptop. I had to have a working computer for biz.

Extremely slow. By the time it boots up, I’ve already forgot what I was getting on the computer for.

Finally replaced my 10 year old Compaq computer (with Windows 7) with this entry level Lenovo. Much better processor.. It has everything I need.. I also increased the 8mb RAM to the maximum amount of 32mb. Very simple to do. One note of interest is that the RAM modules are the laptop type, not the desktop type.

The system goes faster but I found it to be confusing because I still can not find half of my data. There needs to be a training book or some handout to help us through the various changes to the applications. Where to find our personal folders and the letters and the notes? Did all the prepaid applications transfer, if so, why does the system say I have to renew or apply?

When I went into the computer dept. I saw 2 agents with other customers, so I looked at the displays but didn't see what I wanted, and was about to leave, when another agent came up and said to me "Hi my name is John, can I help you with anything"? I told him my desktop had crashed and I didn't want a package deal, just the computer. John then asked if I wanted a certain brand. I said no, just cheap. He then asked if I would be interested in an open box discount. I said yes so, he showed me the Lenovo which I bought.

This is a good computer for the money. It’s great for surfing the net and doing normal around the house type computing.

Perfect computer for my 1st grade son to use for his virtual learning. Granted, the AMD processor has a little lag time when starting or trying to do too many clicks at once, but otherwise it is fine.

A nice little compact tower. The only downfall is it comes with 4 gigs of ram, but if you know how to update the ram, then no problem. I love it.

This thing is slow, slow, slow. If you're only going to run one thing at a time this system might be ok, but if you're like me and usually have a couple of things open, switching back and forth, this isn't for you. I'm extremely disappointed with this pc. I'm going to upgrade the ram to see if that helps.

I have read great reviews of Lenovo, and we just needed a simple, basic computer for paperwork and checking email. I knew this wasn't going to be blazing fast, but I expected it to be able to keep up with basic tasks. It can't. This computer is slow. Everything ends up taking forever to open. I had so many issues with this computer, issues with Word and Excel not opening, or taking forever to do so, and simple tasks were time-consuming. I had this computer less than a week and a half before I returned it and got an HP computer that I love. This was just way too slow.

Zero memory. Even before I've downloaded any new applications, it is already out of memory to run properly. It is not upgradeable either. And what's worse, i bought 3 of them, not knowing thar they're completely useless.

Easy set up. Straight out of the box and like I never changed computers 30 minutes later. Great Desktop for the price!

Bought this for a client replacing a really old Compaq. Easy hook up with VGA monitor. Very good performance for the sale price. Client has had no issues with it.

I never thought a computer could be a drama queen until I bought this piece of junk.Some days it worked some days it couldn't get past start up ,always slow like using old windows 95.

Bought for my mother. Easy to use. Replaced an antique she had and went super smooth. Enough of everything for basic needs.

Solid option for a basic donut all PC. Picked this up to add a family computer in the kitchen built in desk. Has everything I needed it to and set up very easy
