The computer is good value for the money. It is a lot quicker than the 7 year old computer it replaced and also has a dvd player.

I did not know that this computer was so slow. This is my first experience with this brand and I am very disappointed in it's performance.

I bought this hoping that the negative reviews were a bit exaggerated. However, even with low expectations, this computer was very very disappointing. You click on anything, and there is literally about a 10 second wait time before the computer even TRIES to do the function. Then, head on over to your web browser of choice and it's just an unpleasant experience. I really thought even an entry level computer in 2016 would be acceptable but boy was I wrong. I returned it as it could not outperform a 5 year old Toshiba laptop.

This was a great investment for a new customer. They needed a fast solution and this worked out great. Thank you Bestbuy!!

Heard a lot about Lenovo products and now I know why. So easy to setup and operate.

The Lenovo Tower Computer is an excellent computer. It is easy to operate, and I was able to purchase it at a great price.

I like the computer. It is slick and elegant. However, I was shocked and surprised to find out that there was no Microsoft word and that it had to be purchased. To me that is half a computer!!! The 3 previous computers I owned had Microsoft word preloaded. But I guess these are the times we are living on now. After paying for a very good computer, you have to buy software to download jus to use the darn thing. Whose ideal was that??? Don't you think we paid enough just buying the system?

Like it a lot. Only complaint: I can't figure out where to plug in my mouse in the back; so it's now in the front which causes a little weirdness with the wires.

Took old computer with issues into the store for repair. While waiting decided to buy a new one rather than repair old. Did not spend much time searching and decided to go with basic tower. Feel we got what we expected.

Bought this for my son to be a learning computer (getting him started with typing, programming, etc..). I bought Minecraft for him and was very disappointed to discover that this computer is incapable of running it even with all visual settings set to the absolute minimum. I knew this wasn't going to run 99% of stuff on Steam but I figured this simple game would... It's fine for basic web browsing/typing/stuff like that but don't expect anything - ANYTHING more than that.

After upgrading the ram to 8 GB this little "desk top" performs very well. It is just a laptop in a box though. Literally... it takes laptop ram...

No need to buy the most expensive. This works great with all the bells and whistles for the average person

The Lonovo desk top computer was purchased for family tree work and as a picture album. It is way to slow in operation that it is a nussence to work with.

Maybe I received a bad apple of the lot but I've had nothing but problems with this machine since purchase. CPU Fan Failure after six months, etc.

works well for doing simple things like web surfing etc. happy it has a HDMI connect for my monitor
