Great price great cpu and great quality. This cpu is fast and easy to use. Not heavy. Really just overall great cpu.

I'm a college student and I purchased this computer for my school work. I haven't downloaded anything on it and I wish it would run a little bit faster, but overall its a reliable computer and it serves its purpose.

We replaced our 7 year old desktop with the Lenovo and Windows 10. We don't have a home business; we're not gamers; we are basic internet users and avid users of Microsoft products: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Publisher. This desktop meets our needs. We integrate programs with a PC notebook and tablet. 4 stars and not 5 because of some limited functionality. However we chose this model because it meet our basic needs and the price point that we wanted.

This isn't the most high end pc, but it does what it should. It is not s speed demon and shouldn't be purchased for gaming. The tower should only be bought if you're creating office files or surfing the web.

Decent computer for the price to surf the web. Not very upgradable. And kids won't be playing many games on it. But for the price can't beat it.

This computer is great for basic web browsing, wordprocessing, email, etc. It's not a speed demon, but it's adequate for basic needs. Good value.

Computer is not good. Works very slow. On my way to the store. A problem with CPU fan. It will take lenovo around 4 wks to repair. Unbelievable.

MY old pc was a low end basic,my new one is twice as fast & easy enough for me to set up

I needed a new pc. All of the software I use is Microsoft, i.e., the operating system, applications, etc. This was the perfect chance to start over and try the new windows and new Microsoft office suite of applications. Getting a new PC got me 20% off the Office 365 product. Wow, this is way better than I imagined. Not to mention I got $100.00 off by just purchasing an open box product. Five star rating for sure.

The tower was the correct choice for users need standard home use. Provides fast processing for graphics and online uses.

Bought to solve a problem..quickly. Extremely slow, always getting a "not responding" message constantly. At least I can go to the internet, my older program would not let me.

The computer I purchased was open-box. But I had been wanting this computer initially (mainly because it was on sale). The guy in the store recommended I buy it and said performance would be fine for simple word processing, which is all I needed. It was very slow when I tried to boot it and was confronted with a geek squad error screen before I got to even use it, which I'm guessing as just an error when they were checking it when it was returned. Not usually dissatisfied at Best Buy but this was disappointing.
