If you can get it connected to the internet, that is. I had best luck just plugging oh a network cable from modem. The Wi-Fi card will not pick up any networks, it's a Windows 10 issue and Lenovo customer support wasn't real helpful... But I just needed a computer, to run one program, so it's functional for that.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

It was sent for repairs and it took a phone call to the store manager to get a reply as to how long that would take. After being told several times that there was no ETA available, it was returned after 3 weeks. Geek Squad was great and took remoter command of it three times before it stopped working.
