You can keep the operating software on the computer running at its best and trouble-free, by scanning the computer regularly with the Lenovo Utility software installed on the computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Lenovo desktop computer - low quality.

After only about 4 months both computers stopped working about one month apart. Lenovo has not updated their website to show we’re to drop off the computer for repair. I drove to sharpstown to find out that the location over there is closed. That location was still listed as a place on the the Lenovo website. I then had to drive more than 1 1/2 hrs in traffic to drop off at a Katy location. My suggestion is skip this brand or get extended warranty on it. ( Bestbuy is making a business out of selling low quality computer and making more money by selling their extended warranty. ) Only good experience was that the Katy location staff was nice and fixed my computer.

Hard-disk reading seems never end. My 6 years old windows 7 is much faster than this. I want to return it, but it's shelter in place situation.

Keep crashing

Also it could not be worst than my 8 years old lap top that was connected to my tv. Boy i was wrong. I had it for little over 4 months a it keep crashing. Only thing we do on this computer is watch streaming service. We only have one window open but it will just stop.

The computer does not run web use well at all, and does not compare with basic modern standards for comuters. Spend the extra few bucks and get somthing that runs like it was made after 2000.

I experience daily "blue screen" restarts, slow internet access (Ethernet hooked, top Spectrum speed package) and frequent freezing. Will not buy another Lenovo product

Slow, OMG so slow

It doesn't have top quality components, but still. Out of the box, boot it up, it takes forever. The hard disk already sounds like it's grinding grain. If you've ever had a hard disk that was old, worn out, and thinks way too hard on the simplest things, then you know the sound I mean. I've had this PC for 3 months and I want to toss it into the lake. Bought it for the kid to do virtual classroom because of the pandemic, but we can not use this computer for that.
