It does everything i need it to do which is just the basics of watching videos and chatting on websites, etc. the price was great. i think it was like $500 but it was on sale plus i got the open box for additional discount. And i got i a $30 gift card too for signing up for a BestBuy credit card. it cost me under $300

I went on vacation shortly after purchasing this computer and have not had a chance to use it very much since returning home. So far it is easier to use than the Dell desktop that the Lenovo replaced. I look forward to enjoying the Lenovo for many years to come.

But The sliding door in front keeps coming off , and I’m not sure if something is broken or it just comes off that easily. So I’d like to have this problem in the notification Incas of future problems.

Lots of ports front and back with USB 3 in several formats on the front. It is a little weird that the front panel must slide side to side to reveal the disc drive and in so doing covers the USB ports on the other side.

It is by-far much better than my previous Dell computer. It runs fast and we'll. I am able to pull info from the web that I never knew was available. Microsoft programs also run fast. I will definitely purchase this brand again without hesitation.

The only complaint is for those who aren't real tech savy the instructions or lack there of made the initial installation more complicated than it needed to be.

This model ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System and provides both audio as well as onscreen step by step initial setup and Windows 10 Activation instructions. Just connect a monitor and external computer speakers to the IdeaCentre 5i (each sold separately) and you are ready to begin the setup process. All processes are much faster and I no longer require additional external drives like I had when I went in to have my previous PC updated.

Have it connected via hdmi cable to my smart tv as a monitor. Took forever to find out to turn off the auto syncing to One Drive cloud.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
