I originally liked the computer. Five days after my return window closed the graphics card went out. Best Buy has no heart and pretty much told me sorry about your luck..should have bought the our warranty.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5i Desktop model number 90NA0037US, is a fast configuration. If you are getting slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

This product did not work out for me at home but when I took it to the store they were able to manipulate it to work. I did not want to take a chance so I returned it. It will make a good open box discount for someone.

I've never had a computer fail after only three years... even after a factory reset, this computer (purchased in 7/21) now needs to be replaced. It freezes and randomly shuts off. Before that, it was running very slowly. This is just for typical office tasks. Very disappointed...

I put a three, because I don't really know how the machine works and how good it is. I am 0 for 2 at getting desktops at BestBuy. The first computer was a HP Envy night hawk or night black. It would freeze up and not work. Then I go and exchange that one for this computer. I get it home out of the box and turn it on, to find out they didn't fully install windows. It wouldn't install so I said I am not going back to the store again. I didn't want Windows in the first place. So I figured out how to get into the bios, and then started the installation for openSUSE Leap for Linux. It won't load so I might have to go back to the store the drive might be bad. We will see.
