Excellent computer for the great price. The computer is fast and works great for what I am using it. Great buy, I really recommend it.

Not lightening fast but I've owned slower. Graphics better than average but not great. But then, I did not buy a top-of-the-line product so, for what I paid, it is better than average quality. Here is my gripe -- not with the product, but with Customer Service: Since Kindergarten, we have been taught that we look with our eyes and touch with our hands. So, when a Customer Service rep. asks to see my ID, she should NEVER reach to touch it. Bad rep., Bad!

Love the computer, takes some adjusting to touchscreen operation, but if desired, you can also use a mouse and keyboard for operation. Only drawback with this model is that the mount for attaching to wall or swivel holder, sold separately, is not compatible. Other than that, love the computer.

This computer has just what I needed.... touch screen and just enough memory to run my programs.

I was looking for a desktop with a bigger monitor and touchscreen for my work and this is also the brand my work uses. I had researched before going to Best Buy so I knew what I wanted. The sales person pointed this one out, which was the one I had researched. I love it, especially the fact that it is an all-in-one and Wi-Fi ready, so I have the option of sitting in a room with a view.

This computer is efficient and easy to use. Great quality and perfect size.

This all in one is fast, with great features and saves on space without having to make room for a tower.

My son is 2 and he enjoys the touchscreen interface and he is able to navigate with no problem

I am 31 and have not had to buy a PC for the last 10 years since I had access to them at school and work. 2 years ago I was using my tablet for my daily web surfing but I missed burning CDs and being able to manage my SD card with photos of my family. I also use this PC to run Blue Stacks as I play mobile games on it. Great PC to get basic web surfing and basic things done. It does lag if you access too many programs at once or try to run netflix and itunes side by side, so you may want something faster if that will bother you. For me, it suits my simple needs, and I do not mind these things, but if you do, test a few PCs out.

I love the computer, but the geek squad did not set up my printer and I have already had them do the remote access to link the computer and the printer twice and it's still not working. I need to have them come out to make the connection but my schedule isn't allowing me to arrange for someone to come out. wish they would have done it in the store when I bough it

I found this item as an open box in the BestBuy store. The staff and manager were awesome to give me all the information needed to help me decide if this computer was for me. It was just the computer I needed to get my work done for my college classes plus as a daily computer. The speed is incredible and it hasn't failed me once.

Love the computer. The only real negative is MS Edge browser that is loaded on the computer. I have been a life long, IE user but with Edge, I quit using it and just use Chrome and Mozilla. It was even a hassle to print emails or website info in MSEdge but the other browsers did so effortlessly.
