Computer is quite efficient...and plenty of power for what I use it for. Do not do any PC gaming...so that aspect cannot be addressed. Computer is very quiet...and runs most programs quite well. I did have Windows 10 compatibility issues with Norton 360 and Netgear Genie...and even after contacting both companies numerous times and downloading new software...neither work. Both McAfee and Webroot security work fine. Geek Squad help needs improvement...waited 25+ minute for an agent...in early November! So much for my 2 year $149 warranty through Best Buy Geek Squad... Hope I can work out the software issues, and Best Buy Customer Service improves...

I've been happy with my purchase of a Lenovo computer. It's quiet and fairly fast. For the price I would have been happier if it had at least 16 mb memory installed instead of just 8. I gave it four out of five stars for that reason.

I needed a computer that had Windows 10 installed with lots of memory, speed and silent. It is that & more. The Geek Squad was helpful and I am hard at work.

I am very happy with this product. I was my first Desktop upgrade in several years. I am very happy with the performance of the computer although I have not loaded any top end games yet. I find Windows 10 to be easy to use. I use this setup to for software development using Visual Studio 2013 and 2015, and this setup works well with these applications.

Great hybrid hard drive, great value

Booting up is very fast with the hybrid hard drive. No issues running multiple apps and programs on dual monitors, one hooked up via hdmi and the other vga. However, the stock peripherals are basic as I've replaced the chiclet keyboard with a mechanical one and upgraded the mouse as well. Although still only a month old, this computer feels like a more expensive computer based on speed and ease of running programs.

Upgraded from a older computer to this new Lenovo and am very very happy with it. It is fast and easy to use especially for a older person like i am. It had windows 10 on it already, so was very happy with that. When i first got it, i couldnt get online, called Lenovo support and they took care of problem for me at once. They was very friendly and kept saying how sorry they was about the problem. Well pleased.

I've owned this computer for about a month and so far have been pleased with its performance. Initially planned on adding more RAM to the unit but the standard 8gb of ddr4 has been fine for my usage. I am not a gamer nor do I do video editing so I might not be as demanding as others regarding RAM or the video card. I have streamed netflix without problems and the boot up is substantially faster than my older pentium running Vista which this has replaced. I think it surely has more horsepower than I've used doing routine web searching, you tube and other streaming video, and finance programs. I did install a 4gb second HDD that I had purchased for my old unit but decided not to bother upgrading. Won't run out of storage anytime soon... I really like the Bluetooth audio capability and built in wifi which are new features from my previous desktop. Only wish is that there were more USB ports - only 6, 4 of which are located in back I like the angle of the 2 forward facing USB 3.0 ports but you need to have extra height clearance.

The PC I purchase is the fast PC I have ever used. I think the hard drive has it boot up faster, and everything seem quicker. I would buy this over and over again.

    Upgrade Memory

I've had this computer for about a month now and I am very satisfied with it. It's not a heavy gaming computer, but might do better once I upgrade the memory (8GB seems a little sluggish in this machine). I mostly use it for music processing and editing, word processing, and will eventually get into databases with access once I get more time at home. I've installed Sims 3 and it runs very smoothly. I plan on installing Lord of the Rings Online, but it probably won't be able to run the game on the highest graphics setting. I don't like the McAfee antivirus software that came installed on the computer. It will pop up with messages and adverts that I can't always quickly close. Can't wait until my "free" subscription there ends (I have other antivirus software that I prefer). If you need a machine that will handle heavy office use and light gaming, this is a great value for the money. Just invest in some bigger memory cards to switch out (which is easy to do).

    Overall a Good Computer

This seems to be an overall good computer. I mainly use it for college and research. I am a Windows 7 fan (this comes with Windows 10), so it has been a little bit of an adjustment but easy to get use to. You will need to install Microsoft Office. As long as you are a student, you can get it for free on their website. There is a little bit of vibrating from the CPU unit from time to time, but maybe that is all units. I am going to just place something underneath it to hopefully resolve the issue. It currently sits on a wood surface.

I picked this computer for it's speed and it did not disappoint. My old one was on it's last legs and very slow. The Lenovo starts right up and I'm on in seconds. There were a few "free" programs included but not too many to warrant "bloatware" complaint. I have a 1Tb hard drive now so everyting will fit just fine. I'm looking forward to continuing the transfer of my old files to my new computer.

I bought this as a replacement to do general office tasks and very light gaming. It is very capable and can do much more than some "light gaming." I haven't found anything that it struggles with. Although I use systemrequirementslab.com to check before i buy and download anything, and it showed that I would have a tough time with some of the newer AAA titles (GTA, new CODs, etc etc) I have no complains, it does everything i need it to do and more.

I am not a gamer, but I don't like to wait for slow PC's. This one is great for speed. The SSHD brings things to the screen just like I want. Apps load faster, and background processing does not seem noticeable. My only complaint is not with LENOVO, but with yet another poor operating system release from Microsoft with Win10. I can't comment on "Looks" because I stuffed it under my desk with the dust bunnies never to be seen again. I have plugged in an extended USB device to keep from plugging in under the desk. Video to a 39" HDMI HD monitor works fine after finding the right settings. Again, Microsoft has not made things easy. Sound and microphone, playback with retrofit of Windows Media Player works well.

Not a large desktop; so far it has been working like a charm, very quiet and quick to turn on/off. I use it with two monitors through a VGA and HDMI outputs. The second VGA output (on the motherboard) will not work since the graphics card VGS is in use. I will probably add another 8 or 16 Gigs of RAM but it is fast even with installed 8 Gigs.

Low end 6th Generation Intel i5

Attractive package, strange build quality. Besides the non-standard power supply that is noted in other reviews here, this PC is delivered with a single 8GB DDR4 RAM chip despite having 4 memory slots. Intel i series chips have been designed for dual (as is this i5 chip), tri or quad memory chip configurations for years. To benefit from the i5 spec memory throughput you will need to install DDR4 dual memory chip set. You can find an 8GB DDR4 2100 dual memory kit for around $55. Now that I've install the proper memory configuration this unit flys (not to mention the SSD I also installed). Just beware that another $55 to $60 is needed for this PC to achieve the specifications of the i5 chip or be ready to have half the memory throughput.

I went into Best Buy looking for a computer with a lot of RAM and one that had a fast processor. The salesperson pointed me in the right direction and told me that what I wanted was to be expected in this PC. It works like no other computer I have ever owned. I had a Dell previously and needed a big jump. This one did the job and then some. Again, if you want fast and a large capacity, this is the model.

I am 31 years old gamer in college and I needed a new pc that could balance all of my schoolwork and something I can game on at a decent price. I am very happy about this purchase because this is a great well rounded pc. it is fast, quiet, and gets the job done. The specs on it is alot better than some gaming pcs on the market. Although there is always room for improvement. There is plenty of space for upgrading components. I play many games on steam on ultra high graphics settings with no issues. Games such as Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout new vegas, LA Noire, Bioshock series. Some newer games have a lower frame rate and is best played on medium settings so far i have noticed fallout 4, dying light, hitman, and WWE 2k16. Those games run great on medium but if you want perfection, like I said you can always upgrade the graphics card. Overall, this is a great pc and I am happy with my purchase.

I love this computer. I've had it about a month, it replaced a 5 year old HP. The Lenovo is amazing! So fast and capable. I have had absolutely no trouble or problems from it. It runs so quietly and it turns on and 'wakes up' very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase, and especially the good advice and help from the Best Buy associates. Windows 10 took a little bit of getting used to, but I really do like it a lot. I believe that anyone would be pleased with the performance and speed of this machine.
