First of all, I forgot how much I hated a computer that has components with pieces everywhere and wires everywhere. That being said, we returned this within 24 hours. Every few minutes it would freeze and reboot. Although work was not lost it was very annoying. When the HP help line was on remotely to help me hook up my printer, it froze twice in 15 minutes and the technician told me to get rid of it. I don't know if it was just an unfortunate malfunctioning piece or a characteristic of the brand but I'm sticking to all-in-one models from companies with which I am familiar.

from day one start freezing and hanging and show msg of error and restart although i am not install any app on it yet and do this restart every ten to fifteen minutes even during paging or reading email

Lenovo Never Again

I have had this Lenovo for about 3 months. It worked for awhile then it soon started locking up. I read to uninstalled Smart Connect. It ran better and it worked for about a week then locked up again and has everyday since. I have to restart to get to come back on. I am about ready to pitch it!
