To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

I have had this Lenovo for about 3 months. It worked for awhile then it soon started locking up. I read to uninstalled Smart Connect. It ran better and it worked for about a week then locked up again and has everyday since. I have to restart to get to come back on. I am about ready to pitch it!

very disappointed. purchased it. had my data transferred. computer froze continuously while trying to open programs I use every day. took it in for repair. everything checked out until we attempted to open the same programs. traded it in for a different brand computer.

I will be calling Best Buy to change this product. It has been shutting down every time I'm on it. This is not a good product. I have lost so many of my school work and had to redo so many.

That is what I ordered but NOT what I got!!! The shipping was screwed up. My order did not arrive when it was scheduled so the ya hoos at the Macedonia store substituted a different make and model. I am NOT happy!
