very disappointed. purchased it. had my data transferred. computer froze continuously while trying to open programs I use every day. took it in for repair. everything checked out until we attempted to open the same programs. traded it in for a different brand computer.

I will be calling Best Buy to change this product. It has been shutting down every time I'm on it. This is not a good product. I have lost so many of my school work and had to redo so many.

If you have not yet returned or exchanged your system to try to resolve this issue, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as recent improvements via updates may correct the issue. To check for updates, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance, as they are equipped to assist you.

That is what I ordered but NOT what I got!!!
The shipping was screwed up. My order did not arrive when it was scheduled so the ya hoos at the Macedonia store substituted a different make and model. I am NOT happy!
