Technically it works, but it is awful and frustrating. The computer is so slow and laggy. It can hardly handle two applications at once, like browsing the internet with Microsoft Word open. Hardly a big ask. The keyboard does not light up and the screen quality is just terrible, like 2003 screen quality terrible, I think that surprised me the most. But hey, the computer only cost $150 dollars and technically works, it’s just sooooo slow. I would recommend spending a few more dollars and getting something with a little quality, this is like the absolute bargain basement model and it performs just like that, or should I say it kinda performs, but will leave you disappointed in your purchase.

Very Delayed delivery .. laptop is fine

The next day came and went. Then another day came and went with notices telling of delayed, with no reason. Also said was still being prepared and not shipped .. Finally Thursday it arrived. I could have just gone to the store 5 miles away and picked on up, but since they said free delivery next day .. why not .. so far the laptop itself is fine .. asus always has been a great product. Many said there was not an extra M.2 NVme slot but there is one to upgrade the ssd using an app called aomei backupper pro and it will clone the drive and make it the primary pretty easy to do. UPS even lied and put in the status the business was closed even after it on the truck.. but its my residence and I was home and have lots of cameras that shows they stopped 3 houses down .. soooo hmmm
