with the exception of windows 11 and it ai based architecture the laptop is exceptional for gaming and its touch screen gives many options for any user. the price is a definite plus in comparison to HP or many other high end laptops. its 5 star!!!!!!

Couldn't be happier with the Lenovo Laptop. Got everything I needed or wanted in a laptop. Plus I purchased it on a Best Buy special day, so that was a great price reduction. I must mention the staff. They are courteous, more than helpful, and the Geek Squad Desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We have a few Macs in the house but still need windows computer for items no compatible (certain software). Bought this on Labor Day sale and it's great!! Biggest letdown was no backlit keyboard. Seems like all laptops should have this feature these days. But thats the biggest complaint so far, lol.

With little help from my "friend," my best friend, my wife, I am finally getting used to and liking my computer very much. Thanks to Geek Squad for setting up the computer and transferring data from my old one, my computing times are far more enjoyable than my old computer allowed.

My son loves his laptop, we purchased a hp but kept heating up . So we returned and looked for one that best can help and be suitable for school since he started college this year and so far he is amazed and loved it . He picked it since he is studying computer science .

First of all, I want to say the online website is easy as pie to use. I was able to read all about the innards of this laptop and make a decision to purchase without any problem. Secondly, the laptop was super easy to set up. You won't regret this purchase and if you do, call the Geek Squad!

I love my new Lenovo haven't purchased a laptop in a while Chat GPT suggested that i purchase it for what all i have going as far as my memory and ram i would need. At first i was skeptical i normally just feel comfortable going with the big name brands, but was absolutely impressed.

This has been a great daily driver. I immediately swapped out the hard drive and installed Linux. The touchscreen works great. However, the webcam and built in microphone aren’t the best. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to upgrade/add RAM. I really like the screen size and the keyboard (10 key is really nice to have). All in all, this is a very nice computer for the money.

I replaced a laptop that was running well but won’t be able to update to Windows 11. This new laptop is easy to use. My only complaint is that when I ran into an issue with downloading the included software, the Lenovo tech said they only help with hardware issues and if I wanted software help, I had to pay extra for it. Seems like they should assist with set up.
