Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m a high school senior and needed a laptop mainly for school writing essays, doing assignments, and just keeping up with everything. This Lenovo IdeaPad has been awesome so far. It’s fast, super easy to use, and it doesn’t freeze up when I have a bunch of tabs open (which I always do lol). The screen looks really nice and the laptop isn’t heavy, so I can carry it around pretty easily. Also, the blue color is actually really cool, and it’s different from all the boring grey ones everyone else has. If you’re in high school like me and just need something reliable for classwork, this one definitely gets the job done. Also I added stickers to mine to make it seem more personal to me and they havent fell off

I recently purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15” FHD Laptop with Ryzen 5 7520U, 16GB memory, and 256GB SSD. So far, it has been a solid purchase for the price. Here’s my breakdown: Pros: • Performance: The Ryzen 5 processor combined with 16GB RAM ensures smooth multitasking and quick response times for daily tasks and light productivity work. • Display: The 15” FHD screen is crisp and vibrant, great for streaming and browsing. • Design: The Abyss Blue color gives it a sleek and modern look. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around. • Value for Money: At $360, this laptop offers excellent specs for its price range. Cons: • Storage: While 256GB SSD is fast, it might feel limited if you work with large files or need to store a lot of media. • Battery Life: It could last longer on a single charge, especially for users who need to work on the go. Overall, this is a great choice for students, casual users, or anyone on a budget who needs a reliable laptop for everyday tasks. Highly recommended!

I’ve been looking for a laptop for so long. I am very happy with this one that I picked. As a college student, I needed a laptop that had windows, was reliable, not too heavy but sturdy. The battery life is pretty good for my use of it. The charger isn’t too heavy and the cable is long which is perfect for a dorm or when needing to charge it somewhere. One of my favorite things is the camera cover that comes with the laptop, the red makes it easy to see that your camera isn’t showing. The mousepad is to the left so that’s the only thing I find a little different. It has really good specs as well. Easy to use and overall I’m very happy with this product!

Great key spring for typing, great screen size and color/picture, fast speed and great pre downloaded, installed apps to use. The memory is pretty good with many different ports to add any type of external hard drive if more memorie is needed. The camera is decent and graffics are pretty awesome as well. Its an and processors are good quality for the games I like. There battery last for quite a while and has the rapid vharge boost feature which is pretty awesome. The mouse pad is just the correct amount of sensitivity. All in all this laptop is a really great buy for the money and I was able to gey ig on sale at best buy so i am extremely happy with this purchase and the overall durability of the devise and the desire ability to me is just perfect. I could not have asked for a better laptop for the money I spent. I would recommend this device to anyone needing a laptop that will be able to be used for work and for light play or entertaiment/movies as well. Great product levno doesnt disapoint and best buy doesnt either!

I bought it on Black Friday, and I was really happy with the discount; it has excellent features for the work I wanted to do, and I have no complaints. The only thing I don't really like is the screen—perhaps it's the brightness or something else—but it doesn't seem to have the qualities needed to prevent eye strain. Otherwise, it's great.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" FHD Laptop has quickly become my go-to device for both work and casual use. Offering an impressive combination of power and portability at an affordable price, it’s an ideal choice for anyone looking for reliable performance without breaking the bank. Powered by the Ryzen 5 7520U processor, this laptop handles everyday tasks effortlessly. Whether I’m browsing the web, working on documents, or streaming content, it runs smoothly without any noticeable lag. The 16GB of memory is a huge upgrade for a laptop in this price range, allowing me to easily juggle multiple applications and browser tabs without compromising performance. The 256GB SSD provides fast boot-up times and quick access to files, making the overall experience snappy and responsive. I really appreciate the speed at which applications open and how quickly the system responds to commands. While the storage is on the smaller side, it’s perfect for most users who primarily use the laptop for work, web browsing, and media consumption. The 15" Full HD display is another standout feature. It offers crisp, vibrant visuals with great clarity, making it perfect for watching movies, working on spreadsheets, or just enjoying everyday content. The slim bezels help make the screen feel more expansive, giving it a modern and sleek look. The Abyss Blue color gives the laptop a sophisticated, understated appearance that’s both stylish and professional. Despite being lightweight and portable, the build feels sturdy, and the keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions. Overall, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is a fantastic value for anyone in need of a budget-friendly yet powerful laptop. It balances performance, storage, and design well, making it a great option for students, professionals, or anyone looking for a dependable, everyday laptop. Highly recommended for those who need solid performance at a great price point!

It is very efficient and reliable. Never glitches and handles all my tasks and projects smoothly.

Excellent product quick and fast with extra intenal memory. Good customer service.

Great for daily use, also runs hard tasks smoothly too. 256 gb Storage but i got 236 or so,idk why. But overall its a nice laptop. Not a lenovo fan but am glad i took the opportunity.

Great sale deal. Laptop has enough power to handle a everyday user and can even run some entry level games. Screen is 1080p with 60hz which is nothing to write home to mom about but it is smoother than other budget friendly laptops. Im pleseantly surprised.

Good laptop I got it on sale for several hundred dollars off. The extra money might drop a star but still a good choice. I got this for recording and editing simple voice over work with Audacity and it works great for that and the little bit of internet browsing I use it for. Only real negative out of the purchase was Ontrac(the delivery service) losing the package and then not telling me and after I contacted BestBuy for a replacement which they quickly shipped Ontrac tried to say the original package had been delivered without providing any picture proof or even zipcode of delivery. This might have been a problem but Best Buy understood and didn't try and charge me for two laptops. From what BestBuy associates said its not unusual for Ontrac to try and pull stuff like this. Again positive for everything on BestBuy's end including their resolution of the lost first package.

I have never had a Lenovo before but this laptop is pretty good for how much it cost, my only issue with it is that the resolution looks a little grainy, but everything else seems to be great.

Very good laptop for the price we paid. This was an open box in excellent condition since the new ones were out of stock. Husband needed it ASAP for an in-person turned e-learning class at the last minute and worked great!

This laptop really was a good buy. It was an open box however it was clear that it was never used. It also has a nice amount of storage and a big enough screen for me to see things clearly.

Really good laptop! Simple, easy to use, and was well worth the value. It’s a bit bigger than I was expected, but it was easy to get used to.

i got this laptop for school and it works great! also, a very beautiful blue color!

Great little performer for the cost. Sturdy build and does notnrun hot at all. Son uses for himeschooling alingbwith his desktop mini pc of almost exact same specs. Rzyen 5 quad core, so is pretty fast mid range with decent ram. Battery life great for its purposes. Screen is good quality. Light-weight
