Had to order recovery discs because I refused to pay to ship it to them for repairs. Internet slow. I am not a gamer but I can't even imagine how slow this product is playing games. Horrible at recognizing the phone and tablet that I have when syncing data. I am sure that is a security measure but not very useful. I'm being nice with this review since I own Lenovo stock :0(.

It locks up constantly and you have to do a complete reboot to get it unlocked. It takes a very long time to open any application. Once opened, you get an error message saying the program isn't responding. The keyboard is not layed out like other keyboards so I'm always hitting the wrong buttons. I'm returning it for a replacement. It's one of the worst Laptops I've ever used.

Bought it on June 3, 2016 when entered info on line said my warranty expired in May of 2015. Will never by a Lenovo product again. Shame on IBM

However, sometimes the computer makes me reconnect to the internet for no apparent reason. It only happens every once in awhile though. Overall, I think this is a GREAT product.
