Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this 6 months ago as I wanted a small lightweight laptop with windows 10, mainly for web surfing. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I don't use it enough to make it worth while spending more. I loved this, it was small, lightweight, keyboard, screen and other functionality was good enough for what I needed. The only really annoying feature was the very short charging cable. However, I now can't charge the laptop, not sure whether it's laptop or the cable that is the issue, but I can't turn the laptop on. I'm not sure what the warranty is on this, but I'll be taking it back to Best Buy tomorrow to see whether I can get replacement or not. I would have given this four stars but have to reduce to one due to it dying in under a year.

Windows Upgrade Problem

Overall it has exceeded my expectations given the price and specs. Initially I gave this computer a very good review. However after the latest major Windows upgrade, everything went downhill. Now at random intervals I lose my wireless connection and I have to reboot the computer to restore wireless operation. This occurs with all access points that I use and I have to reboot the computer several times a day. This machine was supposedly engineered to use WIndows 10. This type of problem is NOT acceptable.

Disappointed big time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just recently bought this Lenovo ideal pad to replace my chrome notebook which I hated because I could not use a lot of apps on it. I was excited to get this computer but as I start to use it I'm extremely disappointed my biggest complaint is the touch tad. it does not scoll down. I have to go all the way to the right of the screen to use the scroll bar. I tried to have best buy fix it and the guy couldn't figure it out and I contacted Lenovo and they said I would have to send it to them to fix it which I think is crazy being its brand new

The Laptop came appearing more used than an open box item. Calling BestBuy customer service was an another story. Constant disconnection. Tried with landline and 2 cellphones. Well.. Its going back to store and I am not buying anymore openbox items from BB. I should have heeded to other's recent advice on the quality of the laptop.
