The Windows 10 does not work well. Particularly Cortana, Edge, and down loads from Cortana and training & support are terrible. I was trying to have 1 device. Most things are to small on the screen and many are not adjustable. Get a tablet instead.

It's a very handy little lightweight laptop but can do a lot of stuff using the Internet. I needed it for light work and some accounting online and it's an amazing tool to help me with my extra work at home. I recommended it to my friend already. She is looking for a laptop to use at home.

I like this lap top for the money as its hard to beat.I like the service that is offered at the store and the competent employees there also. There was good advice and friendly people at the store on dale mabry..........I also bought my Samsung t.v. 55in and still have had not one problem with this t.v.

I went to Best Buy looking for a inexpensive computer that still has a decent amount of RAM and hard drive space. When I found this one, screen size was good and it's fairly fast and with 500 gigs of hard drive space enough for what we want it for. It's good for surfing the internet and storing pictures and music it's a good laptop for the price.

I have used the laptop now for several months. I love the size of the laptop. Small enough to carry around but screen is large enough there is no squinting your eyes. The battery life is great. Who wants to be hooked to a cord when you have a laptop.

This was actually a decent computer, but I returned it because it sentient slow for my needs. But he used to a high-speed desktop, I think it would take some getting used to. I thought it was great that he came with Microsoft Office included.

Perfect laptop for travelers and people need staff close to hand. For internet, mail, browsing web just perfect. Extra profit 1 year office subscriprion. If you look on the other brand lenovo give you more memory and extras for less many. By my opinion best laptop for student and for vacation trip.

We are giving my father-in-law this laptop as a gift. He is fairly computer illiterate and this device satisfies all of his needs. It has enough memory to run all of the applications he uses simultaneously, and it has enough HD space for the downloaded email attachments that he will store.

Kids these days need a computer for school. It doesn't have to be a $2000 machine. But it has to work and run basic office applications. This one fits the bill. I bought one for each of my two grandchildren.

We needed a computer for my kids to do homework assignments on. This is perfect. Boots fast and had 365 for a year. Couldn't ask for more for that price.

It's totally fine with browsing but if you trying to watch video and open multiple windows open then the problem starts. I bought for school to do homeworks but realized I need much powerful one. Gonna exchange.
