The laptop is a good unit for a high school student. It isn’t intended for a gamer however was bought for school work. Excellent house for that.

Excellent home use performance for everyday task like email, document writing, spreadsheet formation, and internet surfing. Light weight and good keyboard size for average hand size.

Bought this for the in-laws to replace an older laptop. This will be perfect for them, I wanted to make sure the laptop had 16gb RAM. We can always change out the hard drive if needed in the future. The only drawback to this laptop is the display. It is a little dim.

Works well although doesn’t seem to load up real fast with the SSD system. Had to go back to Best Buy to get the Windows 11 keyboard lock glitch fixed but that’s not unique to the Lenovo machines.

Perfect for light work and internet use. Works well if installed with a Local Account in Windows 11 and Mcafee uninstalled.

Good laptop for the price. I only need it for basic file backups onto my hard drives. I wish it had a better driver to play bigger game files, but I can still play small games on it and I know it's not a gaming laptop. Battery life is decent and speed is much better than I expected.

This is a gift so it hasn’t been opened yet but I don’t imagine there being any issues. I also got it on sale so that’s a plus! Will update this down the road if I’m able.

Good battery life, lightweight, so far a good purchase. Was looking for an everyday laptop with decent specs and this one met what I was looking for.

It’s well-built, nice size, and I liked the full-size keyboard which was comfortable to type on. It’s great for web browsing and Word tasks, etc. And also a great low price for what you get but the one caveat was the display. Had purchased it for my mom and she wanted to also use it to stream shows, but the screen isn’t the best for streaming. Depending on the viewing angle, it loses visibility. So I wouldn’t recommend it for that, but if you’re not looking to watch stuff on it regularly then it’s perfectly capable.

Fast out of the box. Display is a bit below average, but I hook up to a TV for streaming so it doesn't affect me.
