Not a showstopper, still a great home laptop and has a distinct keypad, that a lot of folks seem to like in a laptop keyboard. Good value!

Good Budget Friendly

Laptop for high school freshman video assignments

Setup took a long time since we had to make his own Google/Microsoft account separate from his school email account, which made the initial set up process take a lot longer overall. Video quality from built in camera is decent and the screen touch screen ability is very helpful for my grandson son. No other complaints at this time. Lenovo in general are top tier laptops and we have been long customers of theirs for the past 15 years.

Screen is a bit small for our needs so this one will be used by our child and I replaced it with a Lenovo with a 17” screen. Both perform really well.

Nice computer, large monitor plus 10key.

One thing I did not appreciate is the anti-virus "bonus" didn't come with each computer as it was a multi-unit license... but that doesn't work well when they're not going to be at the same household - had I made 2 separate purchases, I would have 2 licenses... BB/Geek Squad customer service didn't seem to understand - not huge, it's only a 3 or 6 month trial anyway.

Review after using product

Other than that it’s an amazing laptop and my favorite feature of it is the touchscreen.
