I bought this laptop for work & it has everything I needed at a great value. Love the touch screen too. If you’re looking for a fast processor, enough RAM & a solid amount of hard drive space for under $500, this laptop is perfect.

I would like to give 5 stars, but after the horrible delivery service i really cant do that. The computer is wonderful, easy to setup and did all the updates.. This is my 2nd Lenovo(this one goes to the wife) and is lightening fast with thie i5 intel processor. Would I buy from BB again? Not sure after they dropped the package off at the wrong address and I had to drive around, looking for my package. Luckly I found it a few doors down, by a cranky neighbor, who came to the door when they saw me grabbing a box in from of their door.. Now to take a step back and thing, what could have happened, as the neighbor saw me grab a package in front of their door.... who knows... I tried to get a live person at Best Buy to talk about my problem, but of course, its impossible to get a live person. Even trying to get the Geek Squad for my security installation, I had to deal with someone on line... Again.. Great Computer, but crappy service from BB

Works well has many features. Still trying to get the ones I want, where I want them. I am still adjusting to the differences from my desktop computer. Definitely has better speed. I wish it would quit trying to fix or complete my sentences.

Very happy with my new Lenovo Laptop. It's fast and lightweight and charges quickly. I even like the dark blue color. A great buy for the price.

Excellent budget friendly laptop. Love the touchscreen option. Plenty of RAM and fast Intel chip to really get things done quickly. Great for multitasking and on WiFi! Bought this to replace a Lenovo IdeaPad that is 5 years old.

My new laptop works great. Everything downloaded from the cloud easily. It's quick and responsive and the battery lasts for a long time.

Battery lasts for many hours. Camera is not the greatest but has a privacy lock and everything else about the computer is great.

Does everything I need if to do so far. Speed is good as well

Super cheap computer for suck performance. Needed a computer for school and this exceeded what I needed. Battery charges fast so I can keep going at school. Very slim design so it fits in my back pack. 10/10

This computer has ben great. It is very fast and downloads quickly. I have it connected to my WIFI and consistently get over 300Mbps download speeds. I highly recommend this Laptop Computer.

A nice laptop for an affordable price. It was brought as a replacement for one that was over 10 years old. It has great battery life and the display is bright and clear.

I was really skeptical about replacing my Macbook and am really enjoying the ease of use of this product. I am better able to streamline processes application functions utilize daily. My macbook did not have touchscreen and this computer does. I enjoy the quick connections like the wireless printing and my cellphone is paired to the computer which allows me to read my messages on my computer. This was a wise purchase. Great to be back on Windows product
