This laptop is snappy and it is a general delight to use. I use it for classwork and it works just fine. (google docs, slides, etc) The quad core i5 and the 8gb of ram is fine for regular use like writing documents, watching videos, etc.

Depending on what you're using this for it's a great computer. It can do some light gaming but I do not recommend using this as a gaming laptop. It works well and has lasted me a long time. I was able to play the sims 4 and even repo but it did struggle, it's great for work and cusual use. If you want a gaming pc, it's better to use the money to buy this and get a real case set up.

Nice laptop with a touch screen, my daughter is enjoying the features. And she said I should give the product 4 stars in the review. The free digital Trendmicro internet security that came with the laptop has not been installed up till now. I called Bestbuy and they referred me to the Trendmicro Geeksquad team and yet no solution from their instruction. They initially told me that they would prefer to come to my home to fix it, which would come with additional pay, so opted out. I want to say that this accompanied digital internet security is not free as Best Buy claimed if not let them install it for me rather than deceiving me.

Love the look and performance. Everything I was looking for. Easy to use. I am 75 and I need things to be simple and efficient and this computer is perfect for me.

My Lenovo laptop is perfect for me . It’s lightweight and thin and easy to carry. The intel i5 processor is fast and capable of doing anything I need to do.

Great for most any use! Has empty slot for up to 8GB DDR ram. Comes with soldered 8 for a total of 16GB if you add the extra! Super fast and responsive!

The laptop is great.I am adapting to windows11. I find the new changes to be an advantage. I use the computer for financial analysis of business operations rather than recreational. I have an iPad and utilize it for such things. I did buy an external cd/dvd writer/reader/player to use if and when necessary. The addition of the upgraded usb port is beneficial. The screen display is vibrant the appropriate size. The cost was a fabulous.

I have had the laptop for a couple months now and I haven’t had any problems. I use it for video conferencing and the speed is fast enough. The blue is a great subtle color. Touch screen is a nice feature.

My 15 year old started college, so I brought him a new laptop to carry the workload. He loves it. It's lightweight and easy to carry. The battery life is amazing.

Ordered it online for store pick up and it was ready within 1 hour. Laptop Looks good, works great has a touch screen and decent for school use, battery lasts ~2.5 hours, don't leave home without the power adapter.

The computer has a lot of good features. It scans downloaded documents for your safety, moves at high speed, and the touch screen works just as fast.

The best laptop I've ever used. It's picture is gorgeous, the ram is fast, everything works perfectly and smoothly.

This was my first experience of Windows 11, but its user interface is broadly similar to previous versions. It was easier than I expected to get Windows 11 out of "S-mode" so I could install some previous applications: a couple of old applications originally for Windows XP (!) are now successfully installed and running. As for the hardware, some review sites have criticised the screen quality, but it's fine for web browsing, creating documents and spreadsheets etc. Some fonts on my old applications initially seemed slightly "fuzzy round the edges", but running the "ClearType tuning" from the Windows Control Panel has helped. I've not previously had a laptop where the touchpad isn't also accompanied by separate "mouse buttons", and as I doubt I'll find it easy to get used to it I'm using it with a mouse plugged in. (The trend for absence of separate buttons isn't unique to this laptop). With the mouse in one of the two full-size USB sockets, sometimes I'd have liked the flexibility of an extra USB socket, but this is only an occasional limitation and can be worked around.

Works well. fits all of my files and games. Fast speed. Battery life only lasts maybe 2-ish hours when running The Sims 4.
