Tried to keep it in safe mode because I was worried about performance. When I couldn't even install a print driver I had to give in and run in full Windows 11 (very easy to switch). My fears were for nothing. This laptop runs great for my needs. It boots up lightning fast and has performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend this laptop for work or school.

Using it for a month. Switched out of windows safe mode as that allows only to download from MS App store. So far so good. I feel I've to charge often as I also have a MAC which lets me use without recharge for longer duration. Lightweight; easy to carry around. Mouse works like a charm on the left lower.

Great laptop and fast... I easily removed Home S-Mode, BestBuy said it would take hours, I did it in 5 seconds (thanks to youtube video showing how)! BestBuy LIED, this laptop is great and fast for the price! Apparently, BestBuy wants you to spend more money on a more expensive laptop! I admit this laptop is not for gaming, but awesome for web-based apps.
