Good open boxed ideapad 3i overall. There were some minor scratches on the cover, but barely noticeable. I have to reinstall windows 11 though to make it work, easy for me.

The best deal and a steal for me last black friday for a gift to one my niece who wants a laptop for school. I am pretty sure she will love this since she hasn't had her own laptop before.

Purchased this in November of 2022, it is now May 2024 and it has stopped working. Started off with a glitchy screen and couldn’t press anything, so I turned it off. The power button comes on but the screen is black. Called Lenovo customer support, they only give you a 1 year warranty, and quoted me over $550 for a repair and replacement part, which is over $200 than what I paid for it (retail price around around $500, got it on sale during Black Friday). I’m very disappointed, I expected much more from a brand such as Lenovo. No laptop should stop working and need repair in less than 2 years, especially since there has been NO damage. This was my first and last Lenovo purchase.

Love the laptop using it for my school work and person use and great for to store photos and videos and editing them too also streaming in it is great as well.

Purchased this to replace another computer. The dark gray keyboard is more visible than another model I tried. The resolution is good enough for me (1366x768), but compared to 1920x1080 it is noticeable. I have to be mindful of the touchscreen at times.

Decent laptop for the price. Not crazy fast and the resolution is not great. Basic web browser. Appearance is nice.

It started with a blue screen that said something went wrong and the computer needed to restart. It didn’t turn on, and it was just good for seven months of use. The battery was good, but no use since the screen went black now. My son used it for online school and Minecraft. I should have included a protection plan, but I didn't.

I Bought it for my Daughter’s birthday a month before gave it to her & was open box discount so only had 2 weeks to return it if I had a problem, opened the box it had no charger and was already signed into & locked to someone else’s account, it said it was Geek Squad certified but apparently was not. Geek squad said they would factory reset it but that’s all they could do

Screen quality not great. Almost feels like privacy filter is on. No vivid clear colors.

Had it for less than 3 months and the windows software bricked up and now I can’t get in After windows update.

It's crazy how great this laptop is, given that it has such an affordable price point. It is touchscreen, which is really helpful if you are used to working on a phone or table (and have a habit of touching the screen on your laptop, so it's a treat to finally have touchscreen work on the laptop now.) The laptop is fast, and the 256 GB storage is SSD so I don't worry about carrying it during travel. It's also super lightweight, which makes it easy to slip into a large purse or backpack. The memory and storage are more than adequate for viewing YouTube videos, surfing the web, or working on Google documents or presentations. The touchpad works great, so we don't use the mouse that we got for it. Overall, I highly recommend this as it's been one of the best value laptops we every purchased.
