This is a light to moderate workload configuration laptop, that ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We are pleased to hear that this Lenovo IdeaPad 3i 15 Laptop meets your computing needs so well. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software/games you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software/games you will need to use and your workload.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s stuck on the set up page. It doesn’t even have a port for the new iPhone chargers. The charger is so bulky. I couldn’t imagine plug in this in to a outlet in the wall. It might just fall out.

If you are still experiencing this issue, first we recommend to restart the devices by powering it off and back on. If this does not resolve your issue, we also recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support for further assistance at this number: 877-453-6686. As for your iPhone charging cable, this model does not feature a USB Type C port if your cable is lightning to USB-C. There are lightning to USB Type A cables that can be purchased and are compatible with this device. If this feature is important, we recommend identifying your preferred items before investing in any computer, and as for the charger, this power adapter is designed to work well with wall outlets specifically, so you should be good there.
