    Jeez this computer is so cheap looking, the graphics are horrible. That back light on the screen is a no go. It only has one USB and the other one is USB-C. I was disappointed on the quality for the costs.

    SLOWWWWWWWWWW Only had it ten days. First time opening it and my anxiety it through the roof waiting for the screens to appear.

    Not worth it, very low resolution. My camer did not even work, was trying to use it for zoom. I didn’t want something to fancy but this one disappointed.

Regarding the camera, this model IdeaPad 3i ships with a HD webcam with manual Privacy Shutter built in. Be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If your camera is still not functional, we recommend checking for updates trough Windows Update settings and Lenovo Vantage. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed.     Basic laptop. Works fine.. I didn’t realize that it doesn’t have an HDR screen so if are used to a Mac or something you won’t appreciate the very average resolution. It was very reasonably priced and is reliable.

    Charging port broke inside laptop Sent it back to them, recieved it back after 2 weeks with the same problem. Still waiting for them to call me back.

    At has not worked since the day I bought it. I opened a week after I got it and screen will not turn on. I’m wasting money to having a good working computer. That is my income.

    This laptop never worked. I didn't bother to return/exchange it because I got it for free with a couple of larger purchases.

    Actually it’s a good computer, especially for the $300 sale price I paid. However, it had one flaw that caused me to return it. The display screen was washed out. You had to position the screen at just the right angle to get decent color, and even then it was not very sharp. My wife has a Lenovo think pad that has good color rendition at almost any viewing angle.

    Got it in BF deal. There are other laptop available with same or higher spec. Little too big for 15” laptop and poor screen resolution.
