Who knows if this laptop is good, bad or indifferent. It's impossible to tell because the windows operating system is such a complete disaster that it impacts virtually every user experience. This laptop doesn't know if is keyboard driven or touchscreen and responds accordingly. I was considering a Mac and I made the wrong choice. My recommendation is to either buy a Mac or wait to see if windows 10 is not the same cluster f**k that 8 is.
