    If I could give 0 stars I would. I received this yesterday. It WILL NOT work. I have tried charging it. It came poorly packages and the back was scratched up. I could not get the laptop to charge, come on, or do anything. This has been repackaged and will be dropped off for return immediately. Bummer

    I'm in love with this laptop I order it online and I was amazed how quickly it arrived. It was on good shape and works perfectly. I will happily recommend and buy again with Best Buy.
