Computer is only used for Word/Excel a Photo Program & web surfing. Way more powerful than the 2007 Toshiba I have to use now because this computer Crashes on a daily basis after only 4 months. Original didn't he same after only 1 month but thought it was defective and swapped for the same computer. Also the wireless is very fickle. Store I purchased from refused to do anything about it. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? This computer is now useless and I have a $800 hole in my shallow pockets. This marks the end of best buy purchases for me. 0 stars. No wonder Best Buy only sells refurbs now.
