Hopefully this will last more than three years.

Since storage is fixed at the time of purchase, if the system no longer aligns with your storage needs from the time you bought it, you have a few options to consider to quickly expand storage. You can swap out the internal drive on the laptop for one with a higher capacity. use an SD card with the laptop, or an external storage option like a flash drive or external drive.

It was hard to believe that Lenova would make such a product. I had a hard time reading my email and the color was no way near accurate.

We wish to provide some context around the panel used by this laptop, in hopes that it at the very least allows for insight.
This IdeaPad features a TN panel display type, a display panel that generally has narrower viewing angles and lower color accuracy on average than other display types, such as IPS panel displays–something that's common for entry level laptops like this IdeaPad. You may have been accustomed to IPS panels, which is likely why you may have felt let down by your viewing experience with this laptop.
Hopefully this helps you have understanding. Since this is a set hardware attribute, it cannot be changed, but please don't hesitate to let us know what else we can do to improve your experience, as your satisfaction is important to us.

Also I cannot even access my second email because I cannot sign out of the first email. Last but not least I cannot run or dowload EDGE.
